iContact grants high-quality marketing services. First, it contains an amazing graphics and design feature. Through this, I freely use the templates throughout my projects. It has made all my marketing practices easy and efficient. Again, this program allows for social media, mostly Twitter and Facebook, perfect integration, a thing that expand the margin of the subject. It is also integrated with other relevant software for a unison email marketing partaking. iContact owns a professional support team that is all-time timely on any requested assistance. The formatting features need to be improved. It is pretty hard to perform editing and layout management on my shapes and even documents with iContact templates. When some emails bounce, they can't be traced, I don't know the specific reason for that, even though I haven't dug deep enough to find it. Labels don't allow typing special characters, so we can not use questions as labels. Also, iContact had surveys, what I consider one of the greatest features, but it was removed with no particular reason. Creating lists, campaigns and landing pages with iContact is very easy, and websites that result mean a major thrust forward in our ability to look loads more professional and that draws visitors to main page. iContact provides enough flexibility to create stunning emails. Contact management is amazing, as we can enter all our contacts, put them onto different lists and choose which lists they would like to be a part of, so it provides many data fields to fill in information. Also, iContact is constantly adding new features, giving us more powerful tools to advance in our projects. It allows us to call customer support whenever we need, and we rarely have to be on hold for much time. Besides, the customer service members are always easy to talk to, talking like real people and not a machine. After you have collected enough data, you have to manually examine the stats. I don’t know the reason for that, but it tends to be confusing for our team. Also, navigation on their site can be a bit tricky as it doesn't allow you to separate field name and field label. Another thing we would like to see is a larger variety of templates. As someone very familiar with some CMS platforms, I appreciate they try to keep CMS best practices. The lack of customization is the probably what I dislike the most. Also, if I want to upload segments I'm not allowed to do it right away, as I have to export the list (segmented in a spreadsheet), upload the segments, create the two versions of the email and send them. This takes a lot of time for our team. I also dislike when there are some situations where I am forced to purchase a plugin to work effectively with my content.
