What do you like best about iContact?

icontact is pretty easy to use and integrates with our CRM (Salesforce), which is important to our organization, and allows us to monitor and track email data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iContact?

Icontact lacks flexibility in designing e-mails (unless you know html). I have sometimes been frustrated by the limitations design-wise, because you have to stick to specific blocks. The templates are not particularly modern looking, although I have been able to create decent looking -mails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering iContact:

If you are looking for a communications tool that integrates with Salesforce, this one does that and works fine. I have no raving reviews, and would not necessarily recommend icontact as I don't love the way the e-mails look, but it works well for what we need it for, and I haven't had terrible experiences, in fact their support has been very helpful to me. What do you like best about iContact?

I think that iContact has a really nice interface that allows email building fast and easy- I especially appreciate that knowledge of HTML was not required to begin working and create good looking newsletters. The emails that are generated look really nice and are well formatted as well as easy to change. Further, the list management abilities that I have worked with on iContact were really intuitive and easy to grasp, where other softwares may take a long while. What do you dislike about iContact?

I think that iContact needs a better distribution of templates through pricing plans. I am fully understanding that the free version does not offer many templates, but the jump up to gold in pricing is really high and templates are not evenly distributed based on price for the lower pricing plans - which can be really problematic to afford. I have been using iContact to send out email blasts to internal executives regarding the state of business. I incorporate our market trends into the emails, explain them in depth, and am able to present this information to the rest of the firm using these templates. What do you like best about iContact?

I think that icontact has some great email design features that do not require high expertise of HTML and manual design that takes a very long time to learn and employ effectively. I think that the second thing about icontact is that it has some great themes and designs prebuilt for users - being able to drag and drop colors, themes, and designs has saved me a lot of time that I would have spent designing the email bit by bit. What do you dislike about iContact?

I think that icontact needs to improve is the cost structure that it has created. While I understand that the free version does not have a lot of template features in order to encourage users to actually pay for the software, I do not understand why the software has chosen to create levels that are distinctly unproportional to the added templates versus the cost of the added templates. I have been using icontact to send out monthly blasts to my real estate customers regarding different properties that I have been listing throughout the month. What do you like best about iContact?

Of the aspects that we like most about iContact Pro is that it is one of the few companies that we review that also offers a free trial of its services, plus Contact can be integrated with SalesForce to help us manage the sales process, offering an analysis that They are vital for strategic planning and can be used to access the marketing funnel reports, since these analyzes play an important role in the decision of the allocation of resources for marketing and sales of our company in long-term planning. What do you dislike about iContact?

The tool, despite being very good, has some disadvantages since the extravagant interface, without real templates, poor access to useful analysis and from the point of view of usability, I would like to open two instances of iContact Pro in separate tabs to see two accounts of different clients at the same time, although the system does not allow you to do this, you can only see one client sub-account at a time, the process of applying multiple filters for segmentation is also a bit cumbersome. I would definitely recommend any company to have an email platform to reach their customers. What do you like best about iContact?

i like the way this software is really easy to use even for beginners,when i started using it i thought it will take time to learn the way it has been with other softwares but i was surprised because with the support i got from the experts of this software i could use it within a short while.

creating campaigns is easy with the drag and drop step ,this saves me time and labour too .

What do you like best about iContact?

iContact, is one of the best platforms that are currently on the market for mail marketing. Below are some features that I find very positive about this tool.

I find that the prices of iContact are very accessible, and the price quality ratio is considerably good. I like to offer a 15% discount when paying the subscription in advance, that is, annually. I also like that it offers a free test with a duration of 30 days, with an option for 100 subscribers and 400 emails.

I also like that this platform offers integration with Salesforce, although the price of this is a bit high.

Another thing that I like about iContact is that it offers the function to choose between two designers, according to which fits better. In addition, they offer around 700 free templates, giving a series of options to modify to my liking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iContact?

As mentioned above iContact offers integration with Salesforce. But I find that the price is really exaggerated.

I also do not like that the platform only offers 5MB of storage for images, this is really very little and will be done in the blink of an eye, and you have to pay to expand the storage capacity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recommend this platform especially for medium-sized companies. The prices adjust very well, there is variety, ways to save and also offers a quite complete tool group and I think they are the most necessary for companies of these capabilities. iContact is a great marketing solution in the company. It has many functions that streamline all the work making it very useful. The price is accessible which does not generate faults in our budget and by paying it annually we can save some money.

What do you like best about iContact?

icontact is a good choice for small to medium-sized companies who managing their list in day to day basis. I liked their support systema and turn around time for any ticket raised. Segregation of data is a bit difficult

Testing email template is not very user-friendly

I have noticed the delivery time for high volume database is little more and performance also get effected for bigger database.

What do you like best about iContact?

iContact is an incredible solution to create emails without having to waste so much time, since I started working with this tool it takes me half the time it used to.

I like this platform obiately the fact that I can save time in this area when doing my work.

I also find iContact positive that the customer service is really excellent. It does not take me so long to be able to contact them, on the contrary, it is really fast at the moment of having any doubt or failure with the platform.

I like that iContact offers a variety of templates for people who work in the sales area. But there are also people who are dedicated to other things and the options for these are shortages, I think this should improve.

What do you like best about iContact?

I liked the series of templates and themes it brings with it, its cost is affordable compared to other executive emails, for my marketing work was super profitable because I could follow up on my advertising emails in real time, creating advertising campaigns was never so easy just by dragging and dropping, I could save time and money. What do you like best about iContact?

iContact is a platform that is loaded with multiple functions that make maekting easier and more effective by mail.

I like this platform to expand my list of contacts and subscribers thanks to this was much easier. Since it offers functions for example to manage the list of subscribers, the massive load, among others. In addition, it also offers a system that guarantees that any email that is sent arrives in the subscriber's inbox. I also like the buttons to social networks that allow to send publications from the platform in real time, and in this way reach many more people with several methods that guarantee effectiveness. What do you dislike about iContact?

I find the options offered by the platform to customize emails at a disadvantage. Before I think the options were wider. Now there are more limitations in terms of colors and frames offered.
