If you are lucky and your contacts were saved in an XLS, CSV format or you know how to convert your contacts to one of these formats, then you will have no problem importing them into the iContact system.

However this may change, if your contacts were saved in another format, in some online database or other system, you won't get much help from iContact which can be quite annoying if you are not a database expert.
