We are happy and satisfied customers of iContact; this tool has helped us to establish customer’s relations and removed barriers on communication that we were facing with our clients. Through this application we are capable of creating such an effective email that would always catch the customer’s attention. We believe that email is still an important mode of communication for exchange of information on professional grounds. And we are very concerned about its formatting as well, because a picture speaks a thousand words. We are not happy by its pricing policy which is based on the number of subscribers and restrict its usage for small organizations, moreover in terms of maintaining the contact list, we have faced some difficulties to delete unwanted contact and to fix and edit their details is also very troublesome. Don't like that visuals must be a certain size (maximum). Would be great if had built-in compression tool so could easily reduce size of graphics. UPDATE: Maybe they fixed the problem or I'm using smaller graphics, but this doesn't seem to be an issue anymore.
