I love that Icontact has customer service available by phone, email and chat. If I ever encounter a problem, someone has always been there to help me . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it is to use and how the quality of the calls is clear! I am a customer service representative for Titan Technologies that helps individuals with unemployment benefits, so I need to be able to switch between several individuals over the course of my work day! InContact seamlessly makes this transition while also allowing me to log how each individual call goes. This makes it very easy for my company to keep records of the type of calls we are receiving and the user interface to achieve this is very easy to use as well! Occasionally it will disconnect or encounter a technical error, but it can easily be fixed majority of the time with logging out and logging back in and or switching browsers. There is also often times what appears to be a manual log off by the supervisors, but I believe that would be an issue concerning my own company. Over all, very stable!
