SkillSurvey allows us to collect references in an easy, 1-click process that we chose to integrate into our ATS (iCIMS). It has cut down on manual time of our recruiters having to track down references, document notes, etc. This keeps reference feedback compliant. Integration into our ATS (iCIMS) was seamless. We chose only to add select assessments at the beginning. As our business needs have grown, our common skillsets have grown as well. Also love that you can choose the survey best suited to the role and you can ask SkillSurvey for recommendations.
