Entering candidates into Skill Survey Reference is also simple. The 'somewhat' recently added text messaging feature has been excellent at helping contact both the candidate and his/her references.
The jobs library is extensive and makes finding similar job surveys easy.
Another great feature is the ability to create custom surveys and add custom questions to the established surveys. This feature allows us to add the questions that we need to help protect our organization from the liability of poor candidate screening practices. An example of this would be asking references if the candidate has ever shown a history of workplace violence or a history of illegal harassment behavior.

Skill Survey Reference is a great tool. However, there is one tiny aspect that can be a pain at times - the minimum reference count. Currently, at least two references must complete the survey in order for a report to be finalized and viewed. If this is not the case, you can not view the report. At all.
