This is a hard question to answer because so many things come to mind, I think the thing I like the most is how flexible the whole iceberg team is. Half of my company is based in Australia(I am based in the US), so dealing with time zones can be tricky, but there is always someone available if/when we need them. We have a great relationship with the Iceberg team that combines the rev ops strategy with the salesforce acumen to actually execute on it. In my research a lot of other rev ops consultants did one or the other but then your left hand isn't speaking to your right....and you are left to try to manage all of it.
