What do you like best about ICE Chat?

- ICE chat allows customers on the website to chat with the representatives and ask/confirm any doubts they have. This kind of platform resovles the problem quickly and save consumers time by avoiding queue.

- Multiple customers can be assisted via ice chat. You just need to change the chat limit to manage the queue.

- Reporting is one of the important feature in ice chat. You can pull our various kind of reports to know your representative performance and your team performance as a whoe. For eg, you can pull out reports related to their CSAT, DSAT, Average Response time, number of chats handled, number of hours logged in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ICE Chat?

- Nothing that I can think of, it is an interactive tool to talk to the customers live and save their time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ICE Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving the problem of managing customer queue on the website. with ice chat you can handle multiple customers. After introduction of chat tools, customers likes to talk to someone on chat, which takes less time and it also avoids unnecessary flow of information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
