What do you like best about iCapture?

Prior to using iCapture we rented systems at each event. There are many different platforms, so now we have one platform to use at all shows, a standardized questionnaire that helps us winnow out the nonsense, and a system to use at smaller venues where we never had lead capture. What do you dislike about iCapture?

What do you like best about iCapture?

iCapture scans name badges, business cards AND enables you to manually type in leads that come by at events. This eliminates the worry of having to save business cards/ship them back to your office after the event is over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iCapture?

The integration between HubSpot and ICapture could be a little better with matching fields...other than that, no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering iCapture:

Definitely make sure it integrates with your CRM/Marketing Automation tool - this eliminates a lot of manual work! Also, take advantage of their support and training - they are willing to walk you through integrations and demos and do testing with you which is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some of our sales people don't like using their own phones/tablets to scan people in at events since it's an app you download. The benefit is having all of our leads in one place and having them integrated with our marketing automation tool...we are able to track the source of hot leads directly to events and the lists flow directly into HubSpot with notes from the event.
