IBM Tririga is recommended for database management of corporate real estate leases in Manulife. This is based on hands on experience during the last 6 years. Firat it started as a lease administration tool for Manulife, and simultaneously for real estate database requirements. What problems is IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (formerly IBM TRIRIGA) solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems with Tririga I have encountered are more of local business requirements like the customized layouts for example, mixed mode of payments (quarterly with monthly payments) for IFRS 16 reporting which makes the Finance Schedule more complicated for review.
The benefits I may have realized is that I do get to customize my own reports using the Community Tab and knowing some algorithms to come up with specialized reports, with the help of Technical Team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
