I have been using IBM Tririga for the last 6 years and it is a robust system that caters our real estate database requirements. Its innovative layout is so easy for any end user who likes to keep their homepage concise. Its versions caters to the most up to date financial applications requirements nowadays. Tririga should add some aesthetics/displays on changing the layout or customizations like font, font style to change the scenery some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tririga was excellent for managing the property portfolio from a tenant and an accounting perspective. The organisation had over 2900 properties leased with a vast range of agreements globally and these were all handled within the tool.

The tool was easy to use.

It enabled us remove the large number of spreadsheets we used and replace them with one tool. It meant all reporting for the global property portfolio was all held in one location which drastically cut down processing and reporting. It was easy to train the staff on the tool and we introduced some new roles to manage the process from end to end - i.e. the loading of leases to the final accounting calculations. Tririga has the ability to craft multiple workflows based on sub-groups/departments. It would be good to have a stronger analytics features especially in terms of predictive maintenance based on potential failure points.
