What do you like best about IBM Sterling Order Management?

It is the best Order management platform out there and we have been using it since it was out in the market.. it is really easy to understand and provides various features to make enhancements or make integrations with other applications etc.. it is also a flawless product with very little bug fixes needed.. it has many features that are very useful for the flawless movement of order from one stage to another.. What do you dislike about IBM Sterling Order Management?

I cannot think of any but I guess it will be its look I guess and that too because it is really old and tht is how it was designed to look.. but the configurator could use a little more changes other than that I do not have any problems as such.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
