What do you dislike about IBM Sterling Order Management? the maintenance and support costs for this app is high, also training for this application also can be very costly, we need to hire specialized trainers to train resources which are not easily available in the market, also when it comes to regulatory compliances, we have to implement them manually everytime in this application.. one more thing to note is that the communication with third party apps can be time taking i meant that the development and configuration for the new partners will take time.
