The product has ability to scale processing. It is very is stable, secure and reliable. There are multiple products in the market but IBM, we get a superior products. A B2B product rely on its service and if there's an issue, or a query or we want to evaluate a busines decision which needs a session on current needs, we can get it done via our account management team at IBM. What do you dislike about IBM Sterling B2B Integration SaaS?

There are a couple of issues with the product current, like the current version of report we get on printing the EDI file can be improved and made more presentable. Some of the transactions needs to be in human readable format. The price bracket can be a costly affair, especially for smaller companies and businesses. The pricing could be a little better for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) so that the solution can be made available to this class of businesses also in the market. What do you like best about IBM Sterling B2B Integration SaaS?

It is really easy to communicate with any trading partner, no matter the main protocol they use to communicate. The SCBN is in the centre and normalizes the communication protocols letting customers reduce time and risk on new integrations. There are also transformation and API capabilities that allow approaching business use cases when your infrastructure is not so mature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Sterling B2B Integration SaaS?

The support for some protocols such as Connect:Direct is not well managed since there aren't so many technicals with that skill on the SCBN team. Price can be a bit far from expectation for small corporations and it's difficult to implement WebEDI requirements since they are price-orientated to a hub and not to the spoke.
