Being a cloud installation where it is easy to maintain the servers when comparing to on-prem Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

But the On-prem installation will be more preferriable by BFSL banking systems, but the saas is not acceptable by some of the banking sectors due to security reasons Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the best in house Saas solution I have heard. Transformation from legacy software to IBM SaaS has been very productive for multiple organisations in supply chain. Smooth, secure, user friendly services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing to point out. However it's little expensive in terms of usage for a SME organisation and very lengthy implementation process. Integration is key however sometimes it's not that easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IBM Sterling B2B Integrator?

The Business Process Modelling and File Transfer are the two main functionalities I like the most in SI. Apart from this, we also use it for Map Translations and EDI Transmission. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The complexities when developing Maps.

UI not so user friendly

Customer Support is not very well.
