It also provides tools for tracking and auditing changes for my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it is primarily designed to work with other IBM products which is making it a limitation to use with other non-IBM products. If it can easily integrate with other products, then it will be helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is expensive for a small business; Having an affordable basic version for start-ups and entrepreneurs will be beneficial, and the architecture could be more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to the deployment of operational business rules and automate the processes for decision-making are great features of the IBM ODM solution. We can implement it on-premise as well as in the cloud, which makes it a better option too. The overall life-cycle of the ODM which comprise application creation, integration, management and testing phases is easy to handle and we get the accuracy in our business and API thresholds. The limitations of integration for the multitude of third-party resources and complications and sorting out the data sources from 3rd party applications are the negative points of IBM ODM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IBM Operational Decision Manager is a tool we use in many different contexts (ODM). Numerous applications requiring static/stateless rules and decision tables have been built using this technology. Organizations can create rule sets, rulesets, and decision tables in addition to rule applications and decision services, which can subsequently be accessed by other programs using RESTful interfaces. Superb functionality, reliability, and speedy setup. A user interface that is both simple and powerful on the web, lets us make instantaneous updates to our laws and regulations. Rule Execution Server works, so we can see how well our rules perform. After the guidelines have been established, business users may make modifications and keep them up to date without the requirement for technical expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
IBM Operational Decision Manager is a pleasant tool to use due to its user-friendly features and high levels of efficiency (ODM). The only component of ODM I found difficult to work with was its integration with some third-party apps. In addition, most of the time, IBM's Operational Decision Manager functions without a hitch. However, I occasionally observe delays in automated procedures and real-time data processing, which may be attributable to server overloads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
