The most helpful feature of the IBM Maas360 platform is the integration os AI features into it. This ease the process of tracking the users. The other exciting feature of it is the cross platform support like Android, IOS, Windows, IoT devices. MDM configuration is now highly complex, requiring a real commitment to stay up to date with technology changes in conjunction with changes to the MDM Solution. We support over 150 customer installs of MaaS as well as other MDM's. There is absolutely no comparison in the support and knowledge transfer made available by IBM for MaaS360 compared to other vendors like VMWare and Microsoft.
