There is absolutely no comparison in the support and knowledge transfer made available by IBM for MaaS360 compared to other vendors like VMWare and Microsoft. Other solutions have issues with zero day update availability. Superb security, and very easy to use even the setup phase. **What do you dislike about IBM MaaS360?** Based on my experience administering IBM MaaS360 with Watson, the challenge is the deletion process of the users, it takes too long to delete and there are times that when I am doing a search it did not clear the search. Hopefully it will in the future. **What problems is IBM MaaS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nowadays we are very particular with the security of our clients or users mobile devices and data. IBM MaaS360 with Watson exceeded my expectation as an admin. Way to go!!! ### 33. When selecting a user group and refreshing the data on the user group page, the refresh brings you back to the whole user list instead of just refreshing the user list within that group. When selecting a device to wipe, a window pops up where you need to scroll down to click the submit button. It should not be like that. You also cannot Tab to choices and press enter. You must click everything. It should not be like that. When searching for users with similar names, there should be a select all option.  When selecting users when searching by name, there should be an option to add the users that came up in the search result to an existing group. When bulk-adding users, there should be a selection to add to an existing group. We are wasting a significant amount of time trying to work around the above nuances of MaaS360. I know there are ways to perform some of the tasks above more efficiently during the setup, but the above should work as well. **What problems is IBM MaaS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can manage devices, apply policies, deploy apps and protect our clients.
