What do you like best about IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator?

Everything is integrated. We used our own proprietary solution up until recently, but expansion made it necessary to go to something that interconnects all locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator?

Too many errors. I'm still not certain if they were mostly user, implementation or software errors, but they posed a significant enough problem that we went with another option. I believe we would have been satisfied if the errors could have been eliminated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator?

Integration with existing IBM infrastructure and IBM products such as IBM DB2.

The product does not offer anything more impressive than basic features that are available even with basic free tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator?

The Analytics Accelerator has a very steep learning curve. The product is cumbersome and requires installing prerequisite IBM products which are expensive and do not solve the business problem in clear, direct & concise manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?

IBM Analytics Accelerator is an integrated hybrid environment that can run transaction processing, complex analytical and reporting workloads concurrently and efficiently. The company has decided the product is not worth the expense are we are moving to RedHat as a vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
