What do you dislike about IBM Datacap?

The upgrade takes a significant toll on the effort and time needed; if this process becomes easier, it will help a lot in upgrading to newer version efficiently. Currently, clients are reluctant to upgrade and stick to the version unless a major issue comes up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
