What do you like best about IBM Apptio?

I appreciate how the automation of service request creation works, and I find the tools easy to use and understand. The platform provides a centralized location, which makes integration much simpler. The service management tool includes all the necessary options, making it accessible for anyone to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Apptio?

Page loading speed could be improved, there are still some bugs in the availability module. I'd like more flexibility to make changes to the platform's ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The numbers often dont align with AWS cost explorer. The features like delivery of pdf reports to email that were promised during implementation were never delivered Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to integrate many data sources. User friendly interface that allows scenario modeling (very useful for upper management discussions). Initial set up required significant commitment in terms of time spent mapping and cleaning up data sources. Fees can be steep (licensing and ongoing service fees) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
