We have board meetings almost once a month, so the time we save working this way is significant. We are contemplating also using the digital signing of meeting minutes to go fully digital. Customer support has been outstanding from very first moment - every question has been answered quickly by competent people. We are so happy to have iBabs as our partners. **What do you dislike about iBabs?** We would like to be able to do meetings that continue for several days instead of making two separate meeting agendas for two separate days. **What problems is iBabs solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can add items to the agenda ourselves, upload documentations etc - which means that we no longer have documents sent to all attendees in various states of draft mode. we can go all digital if we like - or decide to bundle everything and print it for those who like that. The functionalities for digitally signing documents and the link with Sharepoint for adding documents make the system very efficient for us. In addition, the Ibabs helpdesk is accessible and thinks along with the customer. **What do you dislike about iBabs?** Because you work web-based, you have to remember to save all changes in between, otherwise you may lose documents or notes (for example, if your internet connection is lost in between). **What problems is iBabs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prepare documents for large groups easily, quickly and efficiently. Even after publication, documents can be changed or subsequent documents can be added. Users can make personal digital notes on documents and share them with each other via Ibabs. ### 9. Then you must first select today's date to proceed further. Ideally we would want to roll the system out much more widely but need to make sure the technology is in place first! ### 19.
