They always get back to us in a timely manner. Their email ticketing system is very easy to use and contact them when needed. They made our Acumatica implemetation very easy and smooth. I like the accessibility and helpfulness of the i-Tech Support team the best. We can email any questions to the team and count on a quick turnaround. This might sound simple, but I've worked with other software providers and "support teams", and the experience was anything but pleasant. The i-Tech Support team feels more like a partnership than a third-party service provider. i-Tech’s CEO had previously run a large fence manufacturer and completely understood our business. This helped us configure Acumatica the just way we needed it and get up and running fast. The i-Tech team all the way up to the CEO are extremely accessible to us. If we have any issues, i-Tech resolves them quickly. Picking an experienced implementation partner is as important in picking the right software solution. i-Tech is a very family-oriented group that cares about our success. We found their team more than knowledgeable in the areas we needed, and in programming and customizations.
