HYPR has made the login experience seamless for my team. It was quick and easy to set up for our Okta users, and I appreciate that we can configure it to allow users to log in once at the workstation level, then seamlessly access our SSO without needing additional authentication. One area that could be improved is the error messaging. Occasionally, users encounter generic timeout messages, which can be unclear on the root cause. Hypr offers a modern robust user-friendly secure method for biometric authentication. It's setting the trend for other companies to try and emulate while being a pioneer and leading the pack. The best part of Hypr is that it does exactly what it's supposed to. We've been using Hypr on our network for around 3 years now and have never looked back. It offers security and ease of use for our end users. We have access to metrics such as, frequency of use and other aspects which give us full transparency into the app. When we've had to reach out to customer support the response has been excellent, and efficient. Hypr is working good. I like the additional step of Security. The Support is doing an unbelievable great Jobs. Starting from the implementation to configuring, changing the firewall and even misconfiguration on our site. You just don't need to keep typing your 2FA, best passworless solution for multi factor authentication. Integration is seamless, just scan the QR and you are ready to use your configured apps on Okta without any hassle of repeating or remembering your passcode. The setup process at times is really tricky and takes too long. Manual method is also something which misses at times in getting account to configure. Most problematic issue is if device gets lost which has been configured, on your new device you need to follow the entire process of setup again. From the support perspective it's clear that complex enterprise environments aren't something that the team has familiarity with.
