Their product, support, and engineering teams are all excellent. Communication is consistently clear and responsive, and they're genuinely transparent whenever an issue comes up — you always know what's happening and why. They proactively monitor everything and often catch and flag problems before we even notice them. That level of ownership and trust is rare and makes a real difference in the day-to-day. **What do you dislike about Hyperswitch?** Honestly very little to complain about. Any issues that have come up were communicated quickly and resolved well, which is exactly what you want from a payments partner. **What problems is Hyperswitch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hyperswitch gives us a reliable payment orchestration layer with strong engineering quality behind it. The transparency and proactive monitoring mean we spend less time worrying about our payments stack and more time building. ### 2. They support many out of the box processors which makes our life easier. **What do you dislike about Hyperswitch?** Below comes to my mind. 1. Their admin portal is a little clunky and could be improved. 2. Occassionally their sandbox goes down for maintenance, which we heavily rely to develop our software. **What problems is Hyperswitch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some of the below comes to my mind. 1. Easily turn on / off payment options. 2. Easily switch processors. 3. Quick disaster recovery. 4.All in one platform for payments, refunds, etc. ### 3.
