**What do you like best about Hyperline?**

I find Hyperline to be very user-friendly, making it easy to invite different team members and set up various subscriptions. The support from the Hyperline team is always there to help us. As a GTM leader, the overall experience is very good. Our sales reps can set up subscriptions easily, whether it's a free trial, pay as you go, or enterprise subscription. The product team can use feature flags for different customer accounts, and the finance team can easily set up reports and ensure all invoices are paid. We can generate different quotes or one-time payments for customers and use reports for detailed revenue analysis. I love the Hyperline support team that is always there to help, and we have a direct Slack connection for any queries. They are also helpful in integrating with other tools and solutions (CRM, payment provider), especially for reporting.

**What do you dislike about Hyperline?**

There were small bugs in the beginning, connecting with our backend, or setting up Stripe or the billing portal for customers. The initial setup wasn't very easy like with any billing tool, but we had good help from the Hyperline team. It took a few weeks from the first conversations to a production-ready environment.

**What problems is Hyperline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hyperline to manage customers, contracts, subscriptions, invoicing, and customer billing. It integrates with our CRM and tracks account consumption, pricing per product, syncing finance, and market teams. It solved our payment and billing problems with a direct Stripe connection.

**What do you like best about Hyperline?**

I use Hyperline for invoicing and creating quotes, and I really like its ease of use. The ease of creating quotes and invoices saves me time, and I appreciate that many fields are customizable, making the experience very smooth. Additionally, the automation of invoicing and payments through integrations with GoCardless is a real asset. The integrations with Hubspot and the ease of payment methods simplify the cash collection from client invoices.

**What do you dislike about Hyperline?**

The reconciliation of paid invoices, as only one invoice can be selected against a payment. Also, the initial installation took longer than expected, one month instead of the anticipated two weeks.

**What problems is Hyperline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hyperline to save time with quote creation, automate invoicing and payment via GoCardless. Its simplicity and integrations with Hubspot make cash collection easier, providing a smooth experience thanks to customizable fields.

**What do you like best about Hyperline?**

As Financial Controller, I’ve never seen a billing system handle usage-based models this efficiently. Before Hyperline, our billing cycle dragged on for nearly two weeks every month. Now, it’s done in minutes.

Everything from metered usage to invoicing, proration, and revenue recognition is automated and accurate. It’s reliable, effortless to reconcile, and has completely eliminated the manual work that slowed us down.

With Hyperline, our team closes faster, bills with total accuracy, and finally has the time to focus on strategic finance instead of chasing spreadsheets

One point of criticism I have is that we didn't start using Hyperline sooner!

Before Hyperline, our billing process was slow, manual, and error-prone — it took nearly two weeks every month to pull usage data, calculate charges, and send invoices. Hyperline completely automated that entire workflow.

Now, usage-based billing runs in minutes with total accuracy. It handles metered usage, proration, and revenue recognition seamlessly, removing the manual effort and reconciliation headaches we used to face.

The biggest benefit is time — we’ve reclaimed days of work every month, close our books faster, and can focus on higher-value financial strategy instead of chasing billing spreadsheets.

**What do you like best about Hyperline?**

What I really like about Hyperline is how simple it makes managing our custom pricing. We work with a lot of different clients and almost everyone needs something slightly different, so being able to customize each subscription without creating a new product every time is a huge win. Our GTM team can handle billing end-to-end, creating clients and quotes, setting up subscriptions, sending invoices, without having to pull in engineering. The dashboard is also super helpful for keeping an eye on key metrics at a glance.

And honestly, their support has been excellent. The Hyperline team is quick to respond and easy to work with, which makes a big difference when you’re iterating on pricing and just want things to move fast.

**What do you dislike about Hyperline?**

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. If anything, I’d say we’re looking forward to seeing how Hyperline evolves to support our more advanced use cases of usage-based billing in the future. But right now, it does exactly what we need.

**What problems is Hyperline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Hyperline, handling custom pricing meant a lot of manual work and risk of clutter in our billing system. Now, everything is streamlined, we can set up new clients, adjust pricing, and generate invoices in minutes. The biggest benefit is speed: we can roll out new pricing strategies or offers almost instantly, which helps us stay competitive and close deals faster.

**What do you like best about Hyperline?**

Hyperline covers our need to support a hybrid SaaS billing model very well. I'd used Chargebee for a number of years and it just wasn't up to the job in handling a mix of standard subscription and usage-based (particularly credit-based) billing models. 

The implementation was well supported, with an excellent migration tool and responsive team available via a joint slack channel when needed. Nanou in particular was a hero in supporting our smooth transition from Chargebee. Paired with a team that have been incredibly responsive to feedback and feature requests that actually get built, it's the makings of a great partnership with Hyperline.

The integration with Hubspot is excellent. While we aren't using all of it yet, the quote creation and subscription management available from the Hubspot widget has made the transition from quoting in Hubspot much easier. 

The comprehensive API was a strong factor in our choice of Hyperline. In addition to feeding our RevRec logic in our data warehouse, this allows us to trigger updates and syncs in other systems speedily. 

As a billing system, we interact with Hyperline every single day, so it's crucial that ease of use is good. While it's not perfect here, it's fast improving.

**What do you dislike about Hyperline?**

There's some slightly rough edges to UX in places but this is quickly being addressed.

**What problems is Hyperline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supporting a hybrid billing model of subscription billing and usage-based. This is vital to our business growth as we transition to supporting new usage-based products.

**What do you like best about Hyperline?**

Hyperline makes quoting easy and self-serve, which is a big win for our product-led B2B business like us . 

It connects smoothly with our CRM (Attio), so our sales team can create quotes with multiple pricing options, different trials, and clear end dates without friction. 

The onboarding was quick, and our team adopted it right away. 

The Slack support is so cool, when we run into a question or small issue, the Hyperline team replies almost instantly. It feels like having them right inside our workspace.

**What do you dislike about Hyperline?**

The product is very strong, though when larger teams want multiple licenses with complex pricing, setting everything up can take extra time. It would be great if the tool made those bigger, more custom deals just as fast as the simple quotes.

**What problems is Hyperline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a simple way to send quotes that matched different deal sizes, from small self-serve customers to larger teams buying multiple licenses. 

Before Hyperline, this was manual and slow, which slowed down our sales motion. Now, we can quickly create quotes with custom pricing, trial lengths, and clear timelines, all synced with our CRM. 

It saves us time, makes our sales team faster, and gives our customers a smoother buying experience.

**What do you like best about Hyperline?**

We’re a fast-moving company with both PLG and sales-led motions. We rely heavily on Stripe Billing to manage subscriptions for our customers.

We use Hyperline’s CPQ module, directly integrated with Stripe Billing. 

This gives our sales team advanced and modern quoting capabilities for new enterprise deals and customized contracts, while also enabling upsell management directly within HubSpot. A lot of this happens without writing code.

Hyperline automated several manual operations in Stripe Billing.

Nothing major, some features are still in progress but the team is very responsive and has already built several we requested.

We've been using Hyperline for a bit over two years now, and it's honestly been a lifesaver. Our subscriptions have become much more complex over time - multiple currencies, sales tax, usage-based, y-o-y increase - and Hyperline handles it all without us having to spend hours on it. It's super intuitive, really well automated, and has easily saved us countless hours. Their support team is also great: fast, proactive, and genuinely helpful whenever we need them.

Nothing top of mind - we're super happy so far.

We recently switched from our legacy billing tool to Hyperline, and it’s been a game-changer. Everything from quote to payment is now fully automated — proration, invoicing, and revenue recognition run smoothly, and reporting is easier to reconcile. Compared to other billing platforms, Hyperline is much more intuitive to use, which has significantly reduced manual errors and helped us close faster. On top of that, their customer support is excellent — quick to respond, proactive, and genuinely helpful whenever we need assistance.

The integration with our CRM was a bit tricky to set up properly, but everything is working smoothly now.

Hyperline has transformed the way we manage billing. We handle multiple subscription tiers with usage-based add-ons, and the platform makes it incredibly easy to automate everything :  invoicing, revenue recognition, and reporting are all seamless. 

Everything is intuitive : setting up plans, managing subscription... Their support team also deserves credit : super fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely proactive in helping us whenever questions come up.

Nothing comes to mind, they've implemented several features we requested.

Our billing is fairly complex and heavily usage-based. Hyperline makes it simple to connect our back-end data and automatically generate accurate invoices that reflect what clients actually use. This has eliminated hours of manual work, reduced billing errors, and made it much easier for us to scale. On the client side, invoices are clear and transparent, which has drastically cut down on disputes and collections issues.

We are a B2C high volume business with complex billing schedules. Hyperline was the only billing solution that could tackle all the billing complexities. 

The integration with Hubspot as well as our platform  brought significant automation reducing the sales admin time & resulting to 100% platform activation for our customers. 

The implementation and data migration were extremely fast & customer support is phenomenal. 

Hyperline is a game changer for any business!

**What do you like best about Hyperline?**

Hyperline made it straightforward to automate our billing across 5 legal entities, multiple currencies, several PSPs, and different accounting tools. 
Invoicing, revenue recognition are now hands-off, and the data syncs cleanly with our ERP. 
We’ve gained clear ARR/RevRec visibility and our month-end close is faster with fewer manual reconciliations. Reliable, scalable, and easy to operate.

**What do you dislike about Hyperline?**

Nothing blocking. Would love even more out-of-the-box report templates and granular user-role controls as we keep scaling, but the core product is excellent.

**What problems is Hyperline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved from a complex, manual billing process to a fully automated flow across entities and currencies. This reduced manual errors, sped up our month-end close, and made reconciliation much easier. Finance now spends time on analysis instead of firefighting operational issues.

Hyperline is flexible enough to handle our complex catalog: free plans, per-device billing, one-off purchases, add-ons, and even usage-based pricing. Onboarding was smooth, the no-code setup saved us weeks of work, and support is outstanding—feature requests get delivered in days, not months.

**What do you dislike about Hyperline?**

Nothing major so far. Some features are still evolving, but the pace of shipping and responsiveness of the team more than make up for it.

Stripe and other billing tools were too rigid, slow to implement, and lacked transparency. Hyperline gives us peace of mind: reliable automated billing, clear and predictable costs, and a platform that truly supports ops teams managing scale.
