Soapbox makes it easy for my team to collaborate in putting together agendas for our team meetings, adding items, the meeting description and other important resources. Notetaking is straightforward, easily captured in the app and automatically saved and distributed to attendees once the meeting is finished. Lastly, the Google Calendar and Google Meet integration through Soapbox's Chrome Extension make it simple to link an agenda to a Google Cal meeting and see an overlay of the agenda during a Meet session. The current implementation of action items or next steps could be better integrated with other third-party project or work management apps. While the natural language parsing of the delegate and due date is great, we find ourselves seldom using the next steps as it creates another data silo of 'todos'. We use Asana heavily for managing all work that needs to be done, and while Zapier can be used to link Soapbox and Asana, it doesn't quite meet our business need at this time due to some missing features in Zapier. I've been using Soapbox for my 1:1s with my manager and direct report. And it's been a game-changer. Before, I'd forget what I talked about with my manager and things don't get completed. With Soapbox, it's easy to track what we talked about and the next steps. It's helped creating agendas be more collaborative. For team meetings, we can add agenda items before we meet. Soapbox allows myself and my team to work better every week. We mostly leverage:
* Collaborative 1-1 and team meeting agenda: makes it easier on both ends to add topics throughout the week to have rich agendas when we meet.
* We then run our meetings sharing our screen with soapbox which allows us to be very efficient in our meetings.
* We then assign next steps with due dates and owner to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
* We also use the discussion tool for asynchronous discussion and brainstorming as well as prioritization exercices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hypercontext is a super handy tool for collaborating with team members—I especially like the collaborative agenda items, integration with Google Calendar, and prompts for what to incorporate into one-on-ones and annual reviews. Easy to use and modern interface that encourages adoption before, during and after meetings. Google calendar, Chrome, and Slack integrations are on point. My favorite feature is the ability to add agenda items using the Slack bot - it helps us instantly fill agendas of future meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a one-use tool for us. Great for keeping track of meetings and agendas, but gets lost in the sea of tools that we have in the organizations. This is especially relevant for action items and next steps, where they live within the silo of Soapbox. Besides that it's a great tool that we highly recommend!
