As the general counsel of a midsize SaaS company that is continuing to grow rapidly, I looked at a variety of tools to help with reducing the administrative burden of questionnaires and related onboarding documents while still preserving oversight and consistency of responses.
HyperComply is a great solution and provides a high value position for the fees. The customer support is excellent, and even with high complexity and/or volume, services are always delivered quickly. The ready-to-fill-in security templates of HyperComply give me a lot of time for solving other tasks. The knowledge base can act a little snobbish sometimes. Discovering and acquiring particular information is rather laborious. I wish they had a periodic validation of the knowledge base. For instance, today I came across this answer:
"Yes. We will be ISO9001 certified by the end of 2019."
They should look for keywords like "currently" and "expecting" and proactively ask for updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how the tool allows for us to create a pool of approved answers, while also making it easy to assign questions to appropriate SMEs internally. The platform gives me the ability to easily validate the pre-populated responses, moving me quickly through the bulk of the task at hand. A true time saver.
