## About Hyperbound
Hyperbound is a simulated AI sales roleplay platform that turns ICP descriptions into interactive AI buyers in less than 2 minutes. It helps your sales team onboard 50% faster and boosts your team's conversions on cold, warm, & discovery calls. Every sales team wants to do more roleplays, but it's often unscalable and biased. Instead of having your sellers practice on real prospects and burn leads in the process, Hyperbound allows your reps to get realistic at-bats with an AI buyer. Sellers can finally gain call confidence and mastery in a simulated environment that doesn't put your pipeline at risk and gives time back to your managers.

## Hyperbound Reviews
 ### 1. Transformative Call Coaching with Hyperbound

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erica B. | Manager, Ramp Acceleration - SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

I really appreciate the bot creation feature in Hyperbound because it allows us to replicate real calls effectively by mirroring the buyer personas we sell to, along with their pain points and objections. This becomes incredibly valuable as it lets hundreds of reps practice calls with feedback before they actually get on the phones. Additionally, the scorecards and analytics make it easier to analyze rep performance at scale, which is a massive help for our team.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

I find making bot calls feel more realistic could be improved.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hyperbound for onboarding at scale, teaching new reps the foundations of cold calls. We create bots that replicate real buyer personas, allowing reps to practice calls with feedback. Scorecards and analytics simplify analyzing rep performance.

 ### 2. Director of Customer Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony N. | Director of Customer Success and Service Delivery, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

You provide information about the prospect, company, and product via prompts and the platform creates a bot with realistic objections. It is realistic with variations where you choose where the prospect is at (has competitor, not aware of the issue, etc.). This platform enables training and sales enablement to quickly get members up to speed or focus on specific areas that need improvement, quickly and effectively.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

Our org has over 100 SDRs so what we are trying to accomplish in the platform can be unique. Because of this, there are global dashboards and analytics that we would be interested in that do not exist today. With that said, it was passed to the team and is already being worked on.

The team has been willing to address all of our needs if it's not available currently.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyperbound is helping expedite the training and onboarding of SDRs with more realistic reps. We can conduct mock cold calls that are very realistic and give directional feedback through custom scorecards that we've created. The implementation and creation of new bots is very straightforward yet the result of the bot and conversation is incredibly realistic. Many platforms these days say they use AI these days.. Hyperbound is actually one of them.

 ### 3. Hyperbound - Fantastic AI Call Simulation and Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick B. | VP of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

Hyperbound lets us simulate advanced scenarios with our teammates who are brand new and seasoned in the freight and logistics industry, which means they get an opportunity to fine-tune their value proposition, get to experience key objections, and ultimately build up their confidence in having 1-on-1 conversations with current and potential clients. This speeds up training and significantly reduces the amount of friction on live calls with real people, letting them hit the ground running from that very first call.

Hyperbound is also very easy to use, it has a pleasant UI and requires no training of its own for making calls. That ease of use extends into the initial setup and configuration as well, but Hyperbound still set aside several sessions to onboard us, walking us through strategy on building profiles and spent time helping us craft how to used the tool.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

Hyperbound does come at a cost, and is not the cheapest solution out there, but I do believe you get what you pay for in this instance. They believe in their product and price accordingly.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solve a few problems with Hyberbound, starting with just getting our teammate their first set of calls under their belt without adding inconvenience to a real potential client; This is our main benefit from Hyperbound. Some added benefit is we scorecard every simulated call, and that gives every teammate 1-on-1 feedback, which when hiring in mass is ultimately infeasible at scale in person. The scorecard features let our managers get a trend understanding of where to train and when. We do all of our training in person and supplement that training with Hyperbound, so these scorecard trends help dictate the direction of our in-person training, ensuring every teammate is being taught information they need to improve on.

 ### 4. Taking Sales Enablement to the next level

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesper K. | Partner and Professional Sales Coach & Business Growth Enabler, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

It is very focused around sales and the experience is very real. I have done calls to customers for more than 5 years and coach IT sellers on how to sell. This tool is a must have for the future in coaching. It grants me the opportunity to train on a certain aspect and then have sellers try it out in a practical way before reviewing and coaching again. This is perfect for training purposes. Especially at large scale.

Besides the support from the Hyperbound team is extremely good. Sometimes I can have an issue on something and they fix it while I sleep (Im based in Europe) so that when I log into the platform the next day it works as I want.

Hyperbound provides all the features I need for coaching right now and even give me ideas of ways I can improve my training.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

There are not really any downside. It is still a "relatively" new solution, so there are still small changes that needs to be made and sometimes a support issue. The Hyperbound team is however extremely fast fixing it´.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So back in the days when you taught people something it was difficult to see if they actually improved. It was also difficult to give them practical experience. Roleplay would be back to back exercises which typically felt awkward. With Hyperbound, I can give all my sellers Slef-paced practical training and I can monitor how they do. I can see who improves and who does not and I can see who is making an effort. I can also make my training much more detailed and I can cover the entire world.

 ### 5. Hyperbound for sales training that actually sticks!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keith L. | Senior Market Intelligence Lead, Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

Hyperbound has been a massive help in ramping up the readiness of our SDRs. It lets us train reps on the exact types of rejections we get through cold calls without burning a good lead list. You can configure everything down to the nitty-gritty details; scorecards, even the personality and behavior of the bot.

The call quality, low latency, and 'reasoning' of the bots really stood out compared to other call simulation tech we've tested. Props for having an ACTUAL LIVE CHAT with a real support team not AI! Been using the platform for a year now, and we've been using it DAILY since then.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

The reporting and analytics page; it’d be great if it were just a little prettier and more customizable. Also, while it's incredibly easy to spin up new bots (which we love), it can clutter your library quickly. We wish deleting bots was just as seamless as creating them.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cold call training without risking real prospects. Shortened our sales team's onboarding/ramp time, helps reps get comfortable with real-world objections, and makes training more scalable.

 ### 6. Game Changing Technology for Sales and Enablement Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex H. | Senior Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

Hyperbound is an incredible and easy to implement Role Play product that beats out most competitors in the space with it's attention to realism. Our initial launches of Role Play bots have impressed our sales stakeholders instantaneously from sales reps, all the way to C-Level leaders in just one try. The platform is very easy to use from the rep and admin levels, and the integration into Gong for real call scoring is fantastic. The team at Hyperbound is always willing to support and ideate on how to build solutions. We can't wait to scale even further with our company!

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

There are minor bugs that occur, but they are usually resolved very quickly. The team is also working on more admin capabilities to help with scaling in large enterprises, so some workarounds needed in the meantime.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyperbound scales the way we coach our reps globally, onboard new reps faster, and help with product launch pitches and new narratives.

 ### 7. It made me better at cold calling FAST & EASY

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nidhi M. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

Hyperbound replicates real cold call pressure in a way that feels authentic. I’ve used it to fine-tune my tone, pacing, and objection handling. The AI doesn’t just simulate a conversation; it challenges you, which forces growth. The feedback is clear and actionable, which helped me level up quickly.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

Sometimes, the scenarios can feel a bit repetitive after frequent use, and I wish there were more vertical-specific simulations or voice variation. Also, early on, the AI felt a little too aggressive on objections, which can be intimidating for beginners. But in all fairness, in real life, people snap back in a more aggressive manner.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyperbound helps me overcome the fear of cold calling by simulating real-world conversations in a low-risk environment. It challenges me to stay calm under pressure, sharpen my messaging, and improve how I respond to objections, which is critical for BDR success. It’s helping me become a more confident, coachable, and consistent sales professional.

 ### 8. Great AI Sales Coaching Tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie P. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

You can create lifelike buyer roleplays in minutes, get instant feedback on your objection handling or discovery skills, and iterate without waiting on a manager. It’s cut our ramp time, made coaching way more consistent, and turned practice into something reps actually want to do. My favorite part? Being able to run targeted scenarios on-demand and improve my team where it actually counts.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

No dislikes with the platform so far from our team!

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyperbound is solving the classic sales training problem: reps not getting enough real, targeted practice. Before, it was hard to consistently coach everyone—especially across time zones or experience levels. Now, reps can run tailored roleplays anytime, get instant feedback, and actually improve between live calls. It’s helped us ramp faster, coach more consistently, and turn training into a daily habit instead of a once-a-week checklist.

 ### 9. A Game-Changer for Sales Development and Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael O. | Senior Director, Sales Strategy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

Since integrating Hyperbound into our sales process at ALKU, we have experienced a profound positive shift in the way we onboard and develop our account managers. One of the key challenges we faced was the ramp-up period for new hires, particularly the difficulty of providing enough real-world practice to help them build confidence in objection handling. Hyperbound has been a breakthrough tool in this regard, offering our reps the opportunity to simulate objection scenarios repeatedly, so they are fully prepared when they finally engage with prospects.

This repeated practice has not only boosted our team's confidence but has directly contributed to closing deals more quickly. Additionally, we’ve seen a significant improvement in the speed at which we identify candidates who may not be the right fit for the role, leading to better team alignment and more efficient use of resources.

Key Benefits:

Ramp Curve Acceleration: New hires are getting up to speed faster than ever before, thanks to the ability to practice objection handling in a controlled, simulated environment.

Increased Confidence and Deal Velocity: Reps are more confident on calls, which has led to quicker deal closures.

Faster Fit Assessment: The platform has allowed us to identify misalignments in fit with greater speed, ensuring we spend time on the right opportunities.

Improved Metrics: Since adopting Hyperbound, we have seen a marked improvement in key sales metrics across the board.

Ease of Adoption and Implementation:

One of the standout features of Hyperbound is its ease of use and integration. New tech adoption can be a challenge in any sales organization, but Hyperbound was exceptionally easy to implement. Within just a few months of starting with 25 licenses, we saw such a substantial impact that we quickly expanded to 50 additional licenses to ensure more reps could benefit from the tool.

Outstanding Support:

The customer support team has been exceptional. Whenever we've had questions or needed adjustments, their response time has been prompt, and issues are addressed quickly, which has been invaluable for keeping everything running smoothly.

Future Plans:

Given the success we’ve experienced with Hyperbound, we’re in the process of revamping our entire training program. Moving forward, Hyperbound will be at the center of our training approach, replacing the traditional classroom-based methods in favor of a more dynamic, hands-on learning experience for new hires.

We’re excited to continue using Hyperbound as a key element in our training and sales process and look forward to the ongoing benefits it will bring to our organization.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

The only thing we were worried about was adoption of any sort of new tech, but its very easy to use so this hasn't been an issue with the reps. No issues at this point.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyperbound is addressing several key challenges within our organization, with the most significant being the ramp curve. Since implementation, we've seen new hires reach productivity milestones significantly faster than before.

Reps are hitting their metrics sooner because the platform helps them build core sales skills—particularly objection handling—more efficiently. This acceleration not only improves performance but also positively impacts retention, as reps are more likely to stay when they experience early success.

Additionally, Hyperbound has become a valuable tool for identifying performance gaps early in the onboarding process. The platform’s scoring system provides clear, objective data we can reference when assessing whether a rep is progressing as expected, which helps us make faster, more informed decisions about role fit.

Lastly, the platform is enabling us to optimize our training resources. As it becomes a more central part of our development strategy, we’re gradually reducing our reliance on traditional training methods, allowing our team to focus on more strategic initiatives.

 ### 10. Elevated Enablement for Teams That Actually Care About Coaching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

What I like best about Hyperbound is how intentionally it’s built—not just for admins, but for reps, coaches, and leaders alike. It’s one of the only platforms we’ve used where adoption doesn’t feel forced. Reps actually want to engage with it. The UI is intuitive, the scorecards are clean, and the workflows create accountability without adding complexity.

The real magic, though, is how easily we can simulate real conversations and certify reps in a way that feels human. It brings coaching to life.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

There’s not much to dislike—if anything, it’s that Hyperbound is evolving so quickly, we sometimes have to recalibrate how we’re using it. That’s a good problem to have, but it does mean staying in sync with new features and best practices. The team does a great job keeping us updated and listening to feedback, so it’s never a blocker—just part of being partnered with an ambitious platform.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyperbound is solving the problem of scattered, inconsistent coaching. Before, we had no centralized way to assess skill, certify reps, or track real coaching conversations. Everything lived in slide decks, docs, or someone’s head. Now, we have a system that brings structure, visibility, and accountability to rep development.

It’s helped us shorten ramp time, uplevel frontline managers, and make enablement more measurable. Most importantly, it’s changed the culture—coaching isn’t something we “should do” anymore; it’s just how we operate.

 ### 11. Hyperbound has enabled us to revolutionize the way we train, develop, and engage our sales employees

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew R. | Sr Director, Training Centers, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

In a short time, Hyperbound has proven to be a game-changer for our organization. The platform is intuitive and allows users to design multiple AI bots quickly and easily. From the initial prospect call to full implementation, our experience with the Hyperbound team has been exceptional. Their customer support is responsive, caring and invested. After just two months of use, we’re already seeing noticeable improvements in our sales team’s development and confidence. We’re excited to expand Hyperbound’s use, not only with our full-time sales representatives but also across our entire internship program.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

After using Hyperbound for little over two months, we have yet to find something we truly dislike.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyperbound is currently helping us Train and Develop sales teams more effectively. The product has allowed us to be able to give sales reps more coaching and feedback listening to recorded AI calls. We are able to identify talent quicker and help reps grow more confident.

 ### 12. Best AI coaching solution I’ve seen

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon B. | Sr Director of Revenue Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

Love how easy it is to creat AI training bots. Reps are blown away by how realistic they are. Our sales engineers were impressed at how authentic and knowledgeable the bots were.

We’re just deploying the scorecards and we’re seeing great resulting in the AI coaching saving our managers hours of time and providing real time coaching for the reps.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

Would love to see some automation. While some vendors focus on this I love that hyperbound doesn’t lock itself into automated bots, but would love the ability to quickly create bots based on historic calls

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned above, it’s become our go to training, certification and coaching solution

 ### 13. AMAZING

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kimberly b. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

Hyperbound’s innovative approach to blending technology with user experience stands out. Its seamless integration of interactive elements creates a dynamic, engaging platform. I appreciate how it fosters creativity and collaboration while pushing boundaries in the digital space.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

One downside of Hyperbound is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming due to its high level of complexity. The learning curve might be steep for new users, and navigating its full range of features can be a bit challenging initially.

**Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:**

I'd recommend starting with the basics and taking the time to explore its features step by step. Don't rush—experiment with different tools and integrate feedback from the community to maximize your experience. Patience pays off!

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CAN PRACTICE

 ### 14. Become the Best

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ted H. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

Customizable based on ICP
A good enablement team can use it for coaching and feedback
It's actually difficult (calling real people can be easier)
Different persona's with own interests can test you time and time again
Great way to start a call blitz and warm up
Can be fun to do with a team (How fast can you book a meeting)
Great way to keep things fresh and trial a new approach

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

You can get the feeling that delivery of pitch isn't taken into account as much as the actual words and specificity (Not really a bad thing, but a good delivery can sometimes open doors better than saying the right words).

There is a point during a call where the bot warms up and you know the meeting can be booked (However sometimes you get this wrong and shoot yourself in the foot, but a "turning point" can be felt in a call after you've done enough fo them (True for real calls as well tbh)).

**Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:**

I used to practice on prospects, this is much more effective, if you need to warm up, need to train your team, need to train yourself or want to practice a new approach then Hyperbound is for you.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First Hyperbound was used to ramp up and practice my delivery on cold calls, work on tonality, naturalness, persona specific pitching and getting comfortable talking about our product. It also was great to hear the ai respond and summarise what we do to get a bit of instant feedback and help develop our pitch further. Sometimes quite gruelling and unforgiving Hyperbound was able to really push my approach with contacts.

Since getting quite good (as a result of training on Hyperbound) I've dropped use a bit but still find value in the tool when I want to practice a different approach. When I want to test the delivery of a specific bit of material, research or a unusual introduction I jump on HB to test it as you eventually come to learn how important delivery is.

 ### 15. Highest ROI software I've used to date

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

Its ability to scale call training in a way that has not been done before. Role plays are a major part of our sales training program so the time and effort to regularly deliver them across a constantly growing team is huge. Hyperbound completely optimises managers time allowing them to focus on call anlysis and areas of improvement for each rep rather than delivering 100's of hours of repeptive role plays.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

Honestly nothing. Founders are extremly hands on and care about what customers want. New functionaliry and features are launched quickly and efficiently. If there is an issue then it gets dealt with promtly. Shout out to both Sriharsha and Atul for their amazing work.

**Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:**

Its a no brainer. Just go for it. Incredible value

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optimising and sharpening outbound prospecting quality across a global team of sales reps.

 ### 16. Absolute Game Changer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mollie B. | BDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

My favorite thing about Hyperbound is how easy it is to use, both for the admin and for the user. The bot creation tool is spectacular, I love being able to fill in specific details about the prospect to make the conversations as realistic as possible.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

I do not dislike anything about Hyperbound

**Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:**

Definitely give it a try if you want to improve your team's cold calling skills. Use it to create contests that drive your reps to use the tool more, encouraging more practice.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I came to Hyperbound after recently being promoted to manage my company's business development team. We had just hired 4 brand new reps, and do not have a sales enablement person to help with getting new reps up to speed. I also identified cold calling skills gaps within my existing team, so I was on the hunt for a solution that could help. Hyperbound solves so many problems for us! The reps can practice their skills and build their cold calling muscles by practicing with customized bots, rather than risking it all on potential customers. It is a safe space for them to try new techniques and messaging without having to worry. We offer many different solutions, and have many different types of conversations, so being able to customize the bots for a specific solution is an absolute game-changer. I would recommend Hyperbound to any BDR/SDR leader.

 ### 17. Great tool to get into the mood of cold calling.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claudio A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

Hyperbound is as realistic as it gets when considering cold calling practice.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

Not much. A native (German) version would also be nice.

**Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:**

Try it. It will make you life easier!

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In general, cold calling larger companies is hard to practice. You only have 100-150 companies in your account deck, and if you blow too many calls, due to inexperience/ lack of practice, you're all out of luck.
This is where Hyperbound comes in: It creates a real life calling scenario, in which you can practive safely what works and what doesn't. The first few times I tried it, I even felt nervous, because of similarity to a real call. After trying out different approaches, I managed to "win" all my calls, which gave me great confidence for real calls.
I would recommend this to everyone who has to cold call on a consistent basis, best do 3-5 practice calls everyday, before you hit the phones, and your calling session will be a lot easier.

 ### 18. Hyperbound - one of the most used tools in BizDev

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana D. | Head of People, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

It's a unique role play tool, with diffrent personas , titles, products and level of rudeness :-)

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

Would be great if there wer more options in the free trial . Like for example now there are only rude and less rude personas.

**Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:**

Hyperbound saves people involvment into the role play skills developmentt , at it gives the opportunity for sales people to test their skills , resilience , adaptibility, objection handeling and improvising. Only one call can answer a lot of questions you might have for a perticular Sales expertise.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Hyperbound even at the first stage of our recrutment cycle. We call it the Hyper Interview. Few of the BOT's are given to the candidates to role play , while senior SDR's are listening to their sales pitch, objection handeling abilities and closing skills . Also written part is given to the ones that manage to schedule a call, asking them to write an e-mail before the Client-Prospect Demo call.
Also we have been using Hyperbound as for our role play objection handeling workshops , as well as part of our coaching and training program.
I do belive we have many benefits of using this unique tool.

 ### 19. Great training tool!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle S. | VP of Sales Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

The ability to continously use it without the need of another person. They can independently use the tool in the office, or for homework to get a compeitive advantage.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

The thing that create the most fricition for us is the creation of bots. Not only does this require creativity but also time. As a sales leader, this is a siginificant invest of time on the up front to dedicate. Once set up it's fine but for busy sales leaders this is probably low on the prioroity list which can be frustrating when wanting the reps to adapt to the tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:**

They were great about adding custom analytics and modeling the data to what was important to use to prove that this was a worthwhile product for our team!

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyperbound has helped us a ton by providing a realistic and comprehensive tool for role playing for our cold callers. During the training process it's nice to be able to give them Hyperbound to practice realistic objections. The creativity takes a lot of pressure off leaders to contstantly have new situations or creative ways to object to give our BDs & SDRs more practice. It is also super helpful for experience reps going through a rut.

 ### 20. Hyperound has made tedious mock call training fun for our newest SDRs!

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

It provides non-biased mocks, whereas instructor led mocks are always subject to bias by the trainer who can make mocks more difficult or easy based on perceptions of the trainer.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

Over time, we have found that users can learn hacks or ways to game the bot to get success. For this reason, we use it heavily in the first 90 days, but not so much after. That said, learning to game the bot is also an important form of training and muscle memory.

**Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:**

Hyperbound is an important tool when used as part of a comprehensive training program that includes classroom instruction, detailed documentation of playbooks, sales process, tech stack, etc. Just exposing hyperbound to the team will not create results , in my opinion. There needs to be a complete training program.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As one of the largest providers of outsourced SDR operations, we use mock calls as an important training exercise to guage how well the SDR is progressing through various levels of training. However, these mocks are time consuming for the trainer. Particularly when we have a large training class, it can slow things down. While we still use live mocks, with Hyperbound, each trainee can work by themselves to practice things like handling objections, doing discovery and closing. Mocks can also be tedious and not much fun for the participants. We have found with Hyperbound that there is a fun vibe to the team when they are using it, and they often will spontaneously compete or gamify the activity.

 ### 21. Possibly the most effective way to build cold calling skills.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher M. | Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

Ease of use - does what it says it does even though I had early concerns about the AI bot not being realistic.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

Early on a few AI hiccups but the product team made some changes and adjusted. They are one of the best product teams.

**Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:**

This team got to market early - but I also believe they are an extremely talented product team that is focusing all efforts on an area of sales that just has not had any innovation. This is worth your time for a demo - and all sellers new to the vets- will get value...

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a massive audience of professional sellers. With cold email getting tougher SO many reps have turned up the volume on cold calling - but let's face it - not a skill everyone has, and ALWAYS can be improved. We started working with the Hyperbound platform to give the audience a BETTER way to roleplay, and without burning through real prospects. I rolled up my sleeves and jumped in with the audience for some fun competition (do this at your company!!!) and will say that on my 5th call my confidence, muscle memory, talk track, everything seemed to start to smooth out. I have been around high impact sales training and what was ALWAYS missing was good live roleplay with feedback loops - here it is.

 ### 22. Practice makes perfect

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Troy B. | EMEA Enterprise SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

I can try new techniques and practice till I no longer get it wrong. I

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

Sometimes there can be a pause of the AI bots.

**Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:**

Try it for free and go from there. Personally, I use it every day to practice before getting on a call block.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Previously practising cold calls required at least two people. Hyperbound can be done at any time with one person.

- The person you would practice with would have to embody the persona & think of rejections - 9/10 this would be very poor. Hyperbound lets you practice with specific problems and rejections.

- In Europe, you aren't able to record outbound calls because of GDPR so you are unable to analyse calls. Hyperbound allows you to practice with a virtual persona so it's no longer practising till you get it right, it's practising till you don't get it wrong.

 ### 23. Training buddy

**Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:**

Use it and enjoy it as it will help and guide yu for sales job.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dealing with Clients especially those who are not interested.

 ### 24. Doubled my meetings booked!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris M. | Sr. Business Development Representative, Enterprise, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

What I like best about Hyperbound is its realistic simulation of cold calling scenarios. It allows me to practice extensively with various buyer personas, which has significantly improved my confidence and effectiveness in real calls. The immediate feedback and detailed analytics help me refine my approach, making my conversations more meaningful and successful.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

The initial setup can feel daunting when setting up buyer personas. However, the founders provide a lot of help with this, and the product keeps improving. Once you get past the setup, it's pretty smooth.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyperbound allowed me to make hundreds of practice calls to my buyer personas, significantly boosting my confidence and understanding of them. When real cold calling happened, I could have more meaningful conversations, leading to 2x meetings booked! Highly recommended!

 ### 25. Good training

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

I was very skeptical at first, but then when you started using the service more and more, I think it's a very good exercise.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

The bots are liitle too slow sometimes, but often its ok.

**Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:**

I was very skeptical at first, but then when you started using the service more and more, I think it's a very good exercise.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Good training before calling customers

 ### 26. Impactful Sales tech

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Denny F. | Head of Enterprise Business Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

Ease of use with recent feature updates.
Great support team commited to improving the platform.
Valuable analytics

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

Nothing to dislike, great experience so far.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyperbound helped some of my struggling reps with understanding our ICP. It did this by simulating real life conversations in no way a traditional role play could. It helped alleviate call anxiety by giving callers a chance to get in some reps before the real thing. It was able to track real improvements to important call metrics and give me insight into who still needed help. The most impact we saw came from onboarding new reps, it cut our ramp time on cold calling significantly and gave coaches actionable insights into what wasnt working.

 ### 27. Got me started with outbound

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

What I like best about Hyperound is its ease of use. The platform is incredibly intuitive, allowing me to practice pitches effortlessly and naturally, which significantly enhances my preparation process.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

When I used Hyperound about four months ago, I experienced occasional call lag, which required me to restart the call. This was a bit inconvenient, but overall, the platform's benefits outweighed this issue.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Launching a new product at my company presented the challenge of testing pitches and approaches without risking valuable leads or conversations with ineffective pitches. Hyperound proved to be an excellent solution for this issue. It allowed me to practice anytime, and saying the pitch out loud felt much more natural compared to writing it down. Additionally, it saved time by eliminating the need for role plays.

 ### 28. Best AI Sales Enablement tool out there

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

Hyperbound has helped us ramp new reps faster than ever, while keeping existing reps on their game. It allows the management team to focus more on strategic initiatives and less on role playing with reps, all while getting quality training in.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

I honestly can't find much to critique about these guys. The founders are very receptive and are always taking feedback for improvement and implementing it. They have built many of the new features we've asked for.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we scaled our sales team to 51 reps, the amount of manager hours required for role plays was unscalable. Hyperbound has allowed us to keep our reps sharp and well trained without the time constraint.

 ### 29. Great product for cold calling practice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Troy B. | Mayor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

Our students have been able to get practice cold calling before actually doing it. This allows them to go into interviews and jobs much better prepared, helping SDR managers not have to worry about a Rookie blowing through leads on the phone.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

Nothing I can think it. It meets of all our needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:**

If you're looking for a tool to improve how you train sales reps, then it's going to be hard to find a better solution than Hyperbound.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a large sales training company, and we implemented Hyperbound to help our students improve their cold-calling skills. There's really nothing else like it on the market.

It feels like using really heavy weights at the gym-- you get to practice on the toughest personas, so then you actually aren't scared to make cold calls at all. It makes it fun, and the feedback is so helpful.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

I really like everything. It's been so helpful. Thank you!!

**Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:**

Give it a try!

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This allows me to refine my pitch, handle objections, and build confidence without jeopardizing real leads. The tool helped me immensely with onboarding, fluency talking about a new product/industry, and better cold call/sales performance!

Go check out their demo, just try it. You might really love what it brings.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a huge fan of Hyperbound and the team's implementation of the web app -- the call practice for anyone that ever makes calls is invaluable to my work. Check them out!

**What do you like best about Hyperbound?**

Being able to practice at a high volume your opening, questions etc. It's like a workout for cold calling.

**What do you dislike about Hyperbound?**

AI is not always intuitive - but most likely a results of the foundational models not being matured enough. This will improve over time without a doubt.

**What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Volume of cold calling - in early stages of training, reps do not have many conversations. Pick up rates vary, and intro rejects are common.
