It is becoming the singular portal for all of our CI Opportunities that are being identified every day. This is a first for us and seeing it in action has been overwhelming. **What do you dislike about HYPE Innovation Management?** There are a lot of technical requirements that need to be used to set everything up (if you want to administer things yourself after initial setup & Config). There were some features that required tweaking and manipulation that we couldn't test or modify on our own. Depending on your appetite for customization, you can launch innovation challenges in a day. But what I do appreciate is their team members. As far as I have been dealing with them, they are highly responsive and adaptable to their customer needs. One concrete example I can share is that our privacy team requested some amendments on a contract signed 2 years ago and I was able to work with our account manager to comply right away with our team's request. The implementation consultant we are working with is also very responsive and can work with me in customizing the tool we are launching to the public by implementing the changes in sprints. **What do you dislike about HYPE Innovation Management?** As a start up software company, there will be some bugs we encountered here and there. However, they were able to prioritize our findings in their sprints and they can address them depending on their complexity. If there was something that is not doable, our implementation consultant is able to let me know right away without sugarcoating it and we are able to come up with a workaround. I would say that this is the regular course of doing business and is somewhat expected (to have some minor bugs being encountered). The one thing I would like some improvement on is that we do not have a UAT environment on our account so whenever we are configuring it is always in production environment.
