I use Elite RHVAC and it’s very user friendly. The customer support is also willing to help anytime. 

**What do you dislike about HVAC Residential Load Calcs - HD?**

I like the program that I am using.. there really isn’t anything I do not like. 

**What problems is HVAC Residential Load Calcs - HD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to give the HVAC guys a calculation on what unit tonnage they can use in the residence.
