It's more expensive than other texting apps, and it's sometimes frustrating to set up goals. This is because you have to open a second browser in order to set up a goal and work on the goal at the same time. I wish the reporting was better. It is still lacking in my view on data that I wish to pull. I also don't like that it switches the phone # that I put in for people to call and makes it a routing #. We all know email is diminishing returns in the advocacy, volunteer recruitment, and fundraising game - and fewer and fewer folks are sending their phones. Text is our present, and being able to easily set up a campaign and set volunteers up with it is amazing. More and more folks are used to hustle texts so the awkwardness is diminishing. You can either set it to "first come first served" or equally delegate hustles, you can't switch mid campaign or, at least that I could find, jump in and take over or take away a line of hustles from someone.
