The documentation is thorough and for the most part gives you exactly what you need. We enjoy that all trainings are the same theme and make it fairly straight forward. It helps engage the user and get them interested. We find that this platform is far better at educating the user, as it is more than just a 2-3 minute video about a topic with a cheesy quick at the end. The questions throughout Huntress' training makes sure the users are engaged through the entirety of the training. We also enjoy how realistic and customizable the phishing simulations are, such as DocuSign, Google Alerts, Microsoft Alerts, etc. They are common and line up with real-world phishing attempts from threat actors. Lastly, we also like how easy it is to implement with Microsoft Entra/Azure. **What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?** The reporting feature of the Security Awareness Training platform could be enhanced. You can get the data that you need but it is a bit tricky to figure out initially. The reporting is almost too simplified and that causes some confusion/lack of functionality in my opinion. We have found that the customer support model isn't very good. They only allow chat and cases, no calls. The tools they are implimenting are bettering security by many standards, and their platform is very easy to use and giving employee's training is easy. When talking to support, they are able to get what i need answered quickly and effectively. While we didn't impliment it for customers, we did test it internally, and all the information is good. it helps basic end users understand that they simple and seemingly harmless things they do can be the life or death of the company **What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?** One thing I do not like about the security awareness training is the same thing i didn’t like about curricula to start with, the animations. Don’t get me wrong, animations can be fun and easy at times, but this almost felt like I was teaching cybersecurity to my son through PBS kids and cartoon shows. Working toward teaching kids to stay safe online and Instilling hard security practice is a great thing, but I cant sell this to my lawyers, doctors, CPA's and Office administration of my manufacturing facilities. i could think of a small handful of 300 customers who would enjoy this training. we have a competitor of curricula ONLY for the cybersecurity training and phishing simulation, and while it has animation, they are definitely geared toward adults. One thing that was really cool was the way we could set up the fake scam emails that a company could use and then send out in real time to employees and see who fell for them. It provided a real life experience and teaching moment for people. The phishing trainings are great and something every single person needs to be trained on in my opinion as it is something I see people fall victim to on a regular basis. I found the lessons entertaining enough and written simple and clear. Including training for things like HIPAA and PCI compliance I could see as being a great tool for people as well because a lot of people get intimidated and don't know how to make sure they are compliant. **What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?** I don't really have any complaints specifically about the product. Our problem is that we have a very limited amount of businesses and clients in our small area of wyoming so it's hard to get people to bite on paying for some extra security training. There are a few options out there but they are not within our budget or missing certain features that don't quite make a good fit. Each one contains a story line mostly centering around the recurring character of DeeDee, which tend to be more engaging that most other platforms I've seen. Lots of various topics covered as well, including decent high-level modules for HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance. When I've suggested some minor edits to content, Huntress was very quick to review the feedback, discuss and approve internally, and make the change in the module. I also found it to be quite easy to setup the platform, sync all of our employees from Entra ID, and schedule some training sessions to be sent. **What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?** We like to do do a larger training session made up of multiple modules that we either have employees complete annually as a formal SAT refresher for compliance purposes, or as part of their initial onboarding. Then we send a single module out each month as ongoing SAT. We can't use the curated automated option for monthly trainings because it doesn't include a provision for doing that larger annual training. Also some of the verbiage in the emails is static and can't be changed.
