I really appreciate how Huntress Managed SIEM helps with decentralized logging storage, which has provided us with many benefits. The standard queries are very valuable because every technician on our team can work with them just fine. Clearly separating all integrations is also very nice. The seamless integration with other Huntress services is extremely useful. Assigning the syslog collector role to a Huntress agent on the customer network is straightforward, making it easy to send syslog events from various sources. What do you dislike about Huntress Managed SIEM?

There are some features that still need to be developed. For example, we would like the ability to change source names and to have secure communication between the device and the syslog collector. Unfortunately, these options are not available yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were looking for a way to analyze cybersecurity signals from a variety of sources. Huntress managed SIEM has proven to be an ideal complement to Huntress Managed EDR, especially when it comes to integrating threat detection on devices where installing an agent isn't possible. The platform centers on security events and does not keep the complete logs. However, I haven't needed access to the full logs, so I feel that I'm getting good value for what I pay.
