What do you like best about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

It teaches the subjects in a humorous way, which makes it easier to get employees to complete the training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

I really wish there were a persistent leaderboard. Some of our employees were genuinely excited to compete, but they lost interest once their scores were wiped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Engaging Cybersecurity Training with Actionable Insights, Though Some Modules Repetitive"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

What I appreciate most about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training is its practical and engaging method of delivering cybersecurity education. The training is straightforward for staff to understand, featuring relevant examples and simulations that effectively reinforce positive security habits. Additionally, it offers clear metrics and reporting, allowing us to monitor progress and assess how effective the program is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

One drawback of Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training is that certain modules may seem repetitive to employees who already possess a background in security. Furthermore, although the reporting features are helpful, having more detailed insights into each user's performance would allow for more targeted and effective training. "Fun, Engaging Security Awareness Training with Monthly Updates"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

I really like that Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training is monthly rather than once a year, which helps keep the training fresh and effective. The videos are short, professionally made, and cover interesting topics, making the training fun and engaging instead of dry and boring like other trainings. I also appreciate how it explains in simple and fun ways how attackers work and what to look out for, making security training enjoyable and continuously educational. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

The audio in the videos is always in English, even though the text can be translated and videos come with subtitles in other languages. Also, currently, there is no way to control the timing of the trainings as they are always monthly, but this is expected to change in Q1 2026 to provide more options. "Effortless Setup with Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

I like that the customer service has been great. I recently used the chat function and had my problem solved immediately by a very friendly and helpful representative. The initial setup of Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

We are a small company and thus, we have to go through a third party to purchase the Security Awareness Training bundle. It would be nice if we could deal directly with Huntress rather than a separate company. Minimum end user size is 50 for direct access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Attack Simulations, but Less Impactful and Time-Consuming for Small Teams"
3/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

It helps simulate attacks and makes users more aware, while also showing how competent they are at noticing things that could compromise security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

"Great SAT training that gets people talking"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

The style of the training videos are very engaging and have users talking about the training in the office, it's far better than some of the other training I have experienced that's monotonous and a chore to sit though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

The portal interface can sometimes be a bit confusing to find settings but this is only during the initial setup, once setup and enrolled in the managed training you don't need to think about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Huntress Bad Support"
0/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

Its hard to say "what i liked best" because I couldn't get past the initial setup.

had one objective which was to setup a training for our customer. I had an issue and looked for the support number. I then found that there is no support number to call. Only live chat or email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

I had one objective which was to setup a training for our customer. I had an issue and looked for the support number. I then found that there is no support number to call. Only live chat or email. I entered live chat at 2:20 and exited live chat at 3:40 not having a single question answered and my issues were not resolved.

First I had to wait for a support rep to take my live chat. When the support person responds there is a small message letting me know he is typing a reply. My questions would sit a minimum of 5-10 minutes before he would even begin a response. Then i type something back and we repeat the process of waiting again.

We are WORKING and don't have all day to sit in live chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ashley Smith of Huntress Managed Security...

Hey Anthony - I'm sorry to hear what a frustrating experience you had. I checked internally and it sounds like you were able to get in touch with a member of our team after this. We escalated this matter for visibility and to pass along the support feedback. If you still need assistance, we're here to help!
