We can create assignments for our staff with a curated list of episodes to be made available on the schedule that we choose. Currently we're assigning one new episode to our staff each month. It also provides a way for us to do phishing simulations where we send a fake phishing email to our staff and then see who engages with it and how. There is a great reporting section that provides details about both the assignments and phishing campaigns. We can get an executive summary or more detailed reports. The episodes themselves are light-hearted and fun and have some recurring characters who have entertaining adventures. During each episode there are a few quiz questions and we can set a passing score for each episode. If a user doesn't achieve the passing score, they will be asked to do it again. There is one recurring character named Deedee who is a maniacal 5 year old that is trying to hack the world. If a user does engage with a phishing campaign, Deedee will tell them that she caught them. We love the Deedee character because we can tell our users to be on the lookout for her because they never know when she might try to phish them. **What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?** Ultimately Curricula is an education platform that is focued on cybersecurity awareness. No education platform perfectly meets the needs of all users. While we do get many positive comments about Curricula from the vast majority of our staff, there are some who do not like the "childish" nature of training episodes. We evaluated Curricula against a couple of other vendors and we decided that we like the light-heartedness of it more than other platforms that take a more dramatic and serious tone. One thing that we see as an opportunity for improvement is that the quiz questions sometimes don't get at the heart of the topic. Most of the questions do focus on the topic, but some of them simply exist to see if the user is paying attention by asking things like, "what color was the car in the background in the previous scene?" We do think it's important to make sure that users are paying attention, but we would prefer if all questions focused on the topic of the episode.
