"Huntress ITDR - It Just Works!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

Huntress ITDR is very easy to setup and it finds issues quickly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

Even though Huntress ITDR does a great job out of the box, sometimes it can seem like it isn't doing much. In other words, it can be hard to "visualize" and explain the value of the product to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Setup and Proven Protection, highly recommended"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

Very quick and easy to setup. Has proved it's worth many times, across many clients, with concrete examples of real attacks that would have succeeded before, being blocked by Huntress Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

Licensing is based on billable licenses (Exchange Online, Business Premium...etc) and no way to filter protected Vs non-protected users. It is tenant-level, all or nothing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ITDR: MSPs best Defence for MS365"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

This software is a LIFESAVER.

Having 24/7 defence active on 365 is a lifesaver for a small MSP like us. We don't work 24/7 so knowing that our customer's accounts are secure is very important.

The ITDR is incredibly easy to set up and integrate to 365 and just requires linking the 365 admin account. We check the portal every day to make sure no new incidents have come through.

Any suspicious activity like, VPN usage, and login locations, are flagged. We have had a few more come through that it has detected like rogue entra applications and the use of a common (PaaS) phishing as a service browser called Axios. All of these were swiftly dealt with and purged thanks to huntresses detections

Literally one of the best decisions we have made as a company was to get the EDR and ITDR from Huntress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

There is nothing I dislike currently about the ITDR Software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Peace of mind for M365"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

It's dead simple to set up. Having a 24/7 team looking safeguarding my M365 tenants gives me total peace of mind that I'm doing right by my clients when I cannot be there. There was recent proof as well -- I got a call and an email in the middle of the night recently because a SOC operator at Huntress noticed a suspicious login. It ended up being an employee on vacation we didn't know about, but the fact that if it was a real threat actor they'd be blocked/isolated out so quickly made me thankful. Otherwise, that actor would have had hours to play with that specific user. Everything just works with Huntress. I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

It's a small thing, but there's a bit of UI confusion when making approvals/exceptions to logins. When there's a suspicious login from a country, you can add an Expected Rule with a note and the default dropdown has "Account wide" or "Company wide" -- you CAN do identity only, but that's not in the same area. Have to click the 3 dots elsewhere to see it. Caught me the first time. I know Huntress is changing this in future to make it more clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to setup ITDR with a good overview; if having the required M365 licenses"
4/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

Easy to setup en quick response on unusual traffic / logins. Easy integration with Huntress SIEM. Good dashboard for the status.

All ours M365 customers are onboarded to ITDR Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

MFA status requires Business Premium or Entra ID P2 licenses altought these aren't required for MFA itself. This somewhat limits overview from the Huntress portal if the customers lacks those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Taking cloud security seriously"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

Huntress ITDR was an exciting product when it was released. It really filled a gap as MSP's with even a couple of clients in the cloud (let alone hundreds) could not effectively/proactively secure and monitor cloud services. It has taken the Managed EDR concept to the cloud services and allows us to rest easy knowing our customers are protected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

To be picky, dialling in some of the alerts and configurations around users with VPNs etc has taken a couple attempts. But otherwise I think its rock solid product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Huntress analyzes issues quicker than anyone else we've used, which is saying something because there are a lot of great M365 threat detection tools on the market. Huntress is just quicker and that's what really matters in this world. Additionally, you just can't beat the price point. this is a real solution for any size business and delivers a ton of peace of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

I haven't found anything yet to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
