What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

Huntress Managed ITDR serves as the perfect complement to their Managed EDR solution, expanding 24/7 active monitoring from devices to user identities. It can be integrated with MS EntraID, 1Password, Duo, and several other platforms. Integrations with Azure and Google are also in the pipeline. The entire Huntress suite has been transformative for our MSP strategy, enabling us to better support our customers' security needs, even during nights and weekends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient ITDR, but Security Posture Costs Extra"
3/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

It's convenient as we already have your EDR solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

It doesn't include security posturing. We came from another product that was more cost effective and it included the security posturing. We are currently using Maester as a free alternative. We do not find value in having to purchase the security posturing as an additional fee because your competitors are including it. We will continue to use Maester for free. "Effortless Security and Automation with Huntress Managed ITDR"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

I really love how Huntress Managed ITDR automates processes, making it extremely convenient by eliminating the need for manual monitoring. This feature is particularly handy when our on-call technicians are unavailable, allowing us to receive alerts through a third-party system, and thereby ensuring continuous oversight without constant human supervision. This automation significantly enhances our operational efficiency. Additionally, I appreciate that it keeps our network secure by scanning files and accounts non-stop, which is incredibly helpful for maintaining security. The ease and simplicity of the initial setup also stand out, making the whole integration process smooth and straightforward. Overall, I highly recommend Huntress Managed ITDR, rating it a perfect 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

"Excellent service you can rely on"

What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

I love how thorough the alerts are, they go into great depths as to what the issue is, who the issue affects and the steps you need to do to remediate the incident.

Not only is ITDR an excellent tool to use, the Huntress team are incredibly responsive and easy to get a hold of in the event of requiring support on incidents or how to use the product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

I feel like there are some missing nice to have functionalities missing from ITDR. For example it would be nice to be able to preview how many ITDR licenses will be billed for a client before onboarding them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
