I find the SOC team to be very responsive in Huntress Managed ITDR. They always catch issues before we notice them, and that's been a very effective way to monitor identity protection. Knowing that we have the support of very responsive and competent security teams makes it much easier for us to do our job as a managed service provider. The initial setup was very easy. Overall, we've been very satisfied and happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless ITDR Deployment with Clear, Actionable Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

Identity theft is a clear threat vector to IT environments, and we found that Huntress was one of the few ITDR solutions that quickly deployed, was easy for us as an MSP to onboard and gave clarity to incidents that it found, didnt just spray out logs and alerts that are confusing. Its part of an ecosystem we are already invested in so it was a no brainer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

Nothing really, I wonder sometimes if the ITDR dashboard should show a bit more, but actually it showing 'Healthy' and not a lot else is what matters in reality! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

Escalations don’t trigger new notifications if they’re closed and then reopened, which means they often aren’t addressed in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A tool that provides Piece of Mind, and can be your security hands on when you might not be available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

The ability to provide more access to Clients is difficult to work around, especially since some of our customers have their own IT Staff who want to take care of all escalations and items themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ITDR That Keeps Customer Accounts Secure"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

We’ve used other security products in the past, but we’ve now consolidated most of our customers onto Huntress. ITDR helps us keep customer accounts secure, especially by flagging unwanted VPN usage or suspicious locations or credential theftetc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

Theres not much I dislike. I would like a way for the linked PSA tickets for incidents to be able to close the Huntress Incidents if the ticket is closed. That would really help match everything up nicely Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automated ITDR is a Life Saver!"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

What I liked best about Huntress ITDR was the automation and speed of threats being handled. Alot of times Business Email Compromises happen over night or on a weekend when we are unable to verify right away. Having ITDR and the automatic remediation turned on is a life saver. Also the intergration with Office 365 is very easy to implement. Customer Service is also quick to reply to any threats that were detected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

There are some false positives that it detects such as users that use a VPN or just the wrong City/State being detected by the IP, but with these types of breaches it is better to be safe than sorry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Security Integration with Cost Benefits"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

I like the single pane of glass that integrates with their EBR solution. The easy integration with products makes signing up and turning it on very straightforward and easy. It was really easy to onboard the additional security layers. The simplicity of the product decreases my stress and lets me focus on more important things while letting professional security be handled by the platform. The automated wizard was really helpful for setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

I'd love to see more layers on the rules, and additional conditional logic to the exception rules for locations and VPN and the type of user account. To be clear it’s great- just a future wish list item as a school in particular. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
