The support team are awesome and always helpful. Big fan of the defender for endpoint contol. It's easy to use and setup with great featues. **What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?** There are some visuals in the portal that don't match reality. The Mac OS AV detection doesn't work and always says it's disabled. The button should be removed until it's ready. **What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Huntress helps us when we're offline and it's always nice to know they are monitoring. ### 2. Identity protection has been something that has impressed me with the resolution and mitigation steps that huntress provides. **What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?** Certain SIEM features are in development at the moment, once huntress is able to provide that I believe huntress can provide a more unified approach to security. **What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Threat detction and identity protection has been the biggest asset that huntress has been helpful with ### 3. Software works well and the response side from Huntress always gives only the important data, no junk spam constantly with false alerts **What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?** It could use more integration with external systems like connectwise for ticket/case resolution. Currently you need to sign into the portal to close cases that have been resolved. **What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software really helps keep our clients safe, both for the MDR and ITDR (365) side. We have resolved small and medium security issues with Huntress MDR. **What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?** Currently, the notifications are not very clear, but Huntress is addressing this issue. **What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?** 24/7 Protection to all of our tenants, we have this enabled by design. But the best thing for our techs are the remediation instructions they provide. **What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?** I have not seen any downsides yet. Everything from Huntress has been first rate. **What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quickly diagnosing unauthorized logins and breaches of accounts.
