**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phillip P. | Cyber Security Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Huntress ITDR is an excellent product. Having it monitor our customers' 365 Tenants for suspicious activity is incredibly important these days. Whenever a customer experiences a compromised account, Huntress ITDR immediately blocks access and prevents any further damage. This feature has already spared our customers from significant issues. The platform is very user-friendly and extremely simple to set up. Just log in with a global admin account and the process is complete. Since we integrate with Halo, any alerts are automatically converted into tickets.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Currently, there is nothing that we dislike about this product.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ITDR has practically eliminated compromised accounts for our customers, having this system working behind the scenes watching for compromise is worth every penny.

  ### 3. Simple Integration, Need for Better Adaptability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roy v. | Cloud Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

I really appreciate the ease of setting up the connectors to our customers' tenant. It makes it easy to quickly and fully onboard all our customers to Huntress Managed ITDR. Moreover, the initial setup was very easy because the documentation clearly explains the steps.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

The interface can sometimes be a bit difficult to navigate through and is not always relevant, but it cannot be adjusted. Adjusting the interface would be a welcome solution.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Huntress Managed ITDR for managed incident response within MS365, which provides us with 24/7 support. Setting up connectors is easy, allowing us to quickly onboard our clients.

  ### 4. Proactive Incident Alerts That Keep Issues from Escalating

If you have a large client base, it notifies you about an incident before it turns into a bigger issue.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

I dont like the UI that much can be simpler

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps identify security holes before they become a major issue. It covers location, PUA, password everything.

  ### 5. Rapid Response, Peace of Mind, and Constant Improvements

I haven't yet found anything to dislike, maybe adding some more functionality to the free version of the SIEM

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily able to identify issues with identity, locations and getting a RCA ready for internal analysis.

  ### 6. Quick setup, amazing top-down view of your MS 365 environment, getting better all the time!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ariel T. | Director of IT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

The new Rogue Applications view is amazing!

I would love insight on Inbox Rules for users.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a better way to protect our Microsoft 365 tenants and this helps me sleep easier at night.

  ### 7. Easy Client Integration That Delivers Deep Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avi V. | Network System Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

An easy way to integrate with the client and gain a very deep understanding.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

The integration tool is hard to find in the console.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s fine overall. As an MSP/MSSP, it usually covers what I need, and it’s hard to find the same with the normal Microsoft tools.

  ### 8. Seamless M365 Integration Makes Huntress Onboarding Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

As an Admin, the integration between M365 and Huntress is a seamless integration when authorizing the credentials. This easy to onboard service is my favorite part about Huntress that makes onboarding new customers a easy onboarding service

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

There isn't anything i specifically dislike about Huntress

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The service provides many security features that traditional AV systems lack. It allows for the SOC to easily review risky sign-ins and mailbox rules that our engineers previously would check manually

  ### 9. Intuitive Detection and Fast Remediation for Proactive SOC

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

The intuitive detection and speed of remediation allows for fantastic proactive SOC for businesses.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

The data contained within detection could be more detailed. In particular when IP-based VPN detection is used as it doesn't provide the best level of detail for how and why an event was captured.

For example, if an IP previously used for a blacklisted VPN client is sold elsewhere and not updated on the database, the SOC alert will just contain information that a VPN client is in-use, regardless of whether the IP has been sold to an ISP, leading to higher investigation and mitigation time.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to detect potential breaches across 365 tenancies with proactive remediation carried out before the event is logged with us allowing to better isolation should an account become compromised.

  ### 10. Huntress ITDR closes the loop on the industries biggest attack surface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

ITDR is arguably the most impactful product Huntress offers. BEC accounts for something like 80% of all cyberattacks, and most users have no idea their email has been compromised until its being used to send more phishing emails. With Huntress ITDR in place, email compromises are detected and remediated almost as soon as they happen. Huntress even goes the extra mile to search for and remove things like inbox rules or forwarding that an attacker may have left. Its as easy to implement as authorizing an app registration. There are 0 man hours required to maintain the product, and aside from reviewing incident reports Huntress does all of the heavy lifting. If there are any questions, SOC analysts are available to chat with over the phone.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Their Google Workspace offering is still in Alpha, so some of our clients can't use Huntress. We'll certainly be customers once it is on the market though.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Huntress ITDR responds to account compromise that would have otherwise been impossible to catch. They also proactively review enterprise applications for malicious tradecraft, and rules can be put in place to prevent international sign-ins or sign-ins from unsanctioned VPN providers.

  ### 11. Managed ITDR has your back

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neil W. | Desktop Support Technician, Computer & Network Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Knowing this is being monitored 24/7/365 and if something is detected having action taken to secure access with notifications of the event for review gives a near instant response to cyber incidents.

Having the ability to block or restrict allowed VPN access and to flag countries where access to 365 is not expected allowing for faster action to be taken for risky user access from locations that are not allowed.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

There is nothing to dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is preventing access from unauthorised VPN clients to 365 tenants.

It's also blocking access from unauthorised countries but with the ability to allow times exemptions should a user be traveling.

  ### 12. a must have addition to your security stack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph M. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Huntress monitors all of our Office365 applications for malicious behavior and especially impossible travel. Huntress starts paying for itself almost immediately after being implemented.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

To me there are no downsides. We started implementing ITDR on a few of our clients in the last couple of months and immediately started showing clients that had just been compromised. ITDR is now an essential part of our security stack.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Huntress has replaced a competitor's product and shown much better results. malicious activity that was going unnoticed with that previous product are now shown right off the bat.

  ### 13. Excellent Suspicious Login Monitoring and User Isolation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andre D. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

It successfully watches suspicious logins and can isolate the end user as needed.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Price is a little high since we have to pay for every user.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It stops Microsoft 365 attacks and hacks.

  ### 14. Successfully Stops Breaches with Automatic Account Lockouts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

It's successfully stopped breaches by locking accounts automatically when suspicious activity has occurred.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

I honestly can't think of a downside to write down here

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The constant threat of cyber security incidents

  ### 15. Attentive SOC and Strong Detection Rules Across the Board

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh S. | Cybersecurity Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Attentive SOC and good detection rules across the board.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Although very uncommon, there have been a few false positive detections marked as critical.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Post-compromise remediation and investigation.

  ### 16. ITDR Poduct Development Perspective

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jordane c. | Product Development Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

-Product Support has far exceeded my exceptions in comparison to any other vendor we utilize. Top support
-Decent documentation that makes the onboarding process quite simple
-Easy to implement

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

-More actionable integrations
-Tuning process of unexpected access alerts is a little overly complex
-Lack of API features

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to bolster our MDR offering by also providing that protection in the cloud with huntress ITDR
Not all of our clients have built out conditional access policies, this keeps them protected
Huntress' affordable pricing allows us to offer this to our clients for no extra cost, and many of our clients have greatly appreciated this

  ### 17. A No-Nonsense, Battle-Tested Cybersecurity Ally for Modern SMBs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric L. | CEO, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

As the CEO of a fast-growing digital infrastructure company, I don’t have time for theoretical tools or marketing fluff. I need solutions that deliver results, integrate cleanly, and actually reduce risk in real-world environments.

Huntress Managed ITDR stands out as one of the few platforms that understands the reality SMBs and MSPs face every day. Their approach to threat detection and response is not just reactive—it’s tactical. The managed side of the equation ensures my team isn’t buried in alerts we don’t have time to triage. Instead, we get actionable insights, clear remediation paths, and human-backed escalation that fills the critical gap between EDR noise and actual response.

What impressed me most is how lightweight yet deeply integrated Huntress is. The deployment was frictionless. The dashboard is intuitive without being dumbed down. And their threat ops team? Sharp, responsive, and clearly battle-hardened.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

What I dislike
While the platform performs exceptionally well, there are a few areas where refinement could elevate the experience even further. The alert customization options, for example, could benefit from more granular control—especially for teams who manage multiple client environments. Also, a slightly broader range of integrations out of the box would reduce the need for workarounds in hybrid stacks.

That said, these are minor friction points in an otherwise rock-solid solution.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?
Huntress is solving a critical gap most SMBs and IT teams face: the lack of real-time threat visibility combined with the inability to respond fast enough when incidents occur. Most tools either drown you in data or leave you blind. Huntress manages both the detection and the response side with precision.

For us, that means fewer false positives, faster response to real threats, and peace of mind knowing there’s a skilled team watching our blind spots. It allows us to scale without sacrificing security posture—something most growing companies struggle with. The managed ITDR model acts like an extension of our team without adding headcount.

  ### 18. Huntress ITDR - It Just Works!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt Y. | Director of MSP, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Huntress ITDR is very easy to setup and it finds issues quickly!

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Even though Huntress ITDR does a great job out of the box, sometimes it can seem like it isn't doing much. In other words, it can be hard to "visualize" and explain the value of the product to clients.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The shift is happening in moving threats from endpoints to identities, so Huntress ITDR allows us to protect identities in the same/similar ways that we already do with endpoints.

  ### 19. Fast Setup and Proven Protection, highly recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Very quick and easy to setup. Has proved it's worth many times, across many clients, with concrete examples of real attacks that would have succeeded before, being blocked by Huntress

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Licensing is based on billable licenses (Exchange Online, Business Premium...etc) and no way to filter protected Vs non-protected users. It is tenant-level, all or nothing

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Huntress Managed ITDR gives us the ability to secure our clients, 24x7, from advanced attacks like phishing, man-in-the-middle and more without the need to maintain our own dedicated SOC.

  ### 20. User-Friendly and Exceptionally Accurate ITDR Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Misty T. | virtual Implementation Division Lead , Cybersecurity Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

ITDR from Huntress is very user friendly and much easier to integrate than others. The best thing by far is accuracy vs others

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Nothing we love Huntress solutions. We pretty much

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us satisfy the needs of our clients for 24/7 monitoring.

  ### 21. Best in class ITDR

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael S. | Cyber Services Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Huntress ITDR has been the easiest to use, easiest to implement and has the most number of features compared to other products we have used.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

The only downside is that they didn't come out with the product soon enough.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Huntress ITDR allows us to sleep soundly at night knowing there is a team of MDR specialists watching our cloud infrastructure at all times.

  ### 22. ITDR: MSPs best Defence for MS365

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phillip P. | Cyber Security Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

This software is a LIFESAVER.

Having 24/7 defence active on 365 is a lifesaver for a small MSP like us. We don't work 24/7 so knowing that our customer's accounts are secure is very important.

The ITDR is incredibly easy to set up and integrate to 365 and just requires linking the 365 admin account. We check the portal every day to make sure no new incidents have come through.

Any suspicious activity like, VPN usage, and login locations, are flagged. We have had a few more come through that it has detected like rogue entra applications and the use of a common (PaaS) phishing as a service browser called Axios. All of these were swiftly dealt with and purged thanks to huntresses detections

Literally one of the best decisions we have made as a company was to get the EDR and ITDR from Huntress.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

There is nothing I dislike currently about the ITDR Software

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has pretty much eliminated the fear of compromised accounts for the customers we have on it. We know that should anything suspicious occur that the account will be blocked or we will be made aware of anything malicious happening.

It provides clear reporting and remediation steps in its alerts and even explains what the situation is.

  ### 23. Detailed ITDR Guidance in Huntress for Azure and Entra ID

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

What I appreciate about the ITDR feature in Huntress is that it offers detailed information, along with clear instructions on how to resolve issues, particularly within Microsoft Azure and Entra ID.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

At the moment, I haven't encountered any problems with it. The ease of integration truly makes it simple to work with.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Huntress ITDR provides me with clear, step-by-step guidance on how to respond whenever a critical issue arises.

  ### 24. Peace of mind for M365

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin A. | Proprietor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

It's dead simple to set up. Having a 24/7 team looking safeguarding my M365 tenants gives me total peace of mind that I'm doing right by my clients when I cannot be there. There was recent proof as well -- I got a call and an email in the middle of the night recently because a SOC operator at Huntress noticed a suspicious login. It ended up being an employee on vacation we didn't know about, but the fact that if it was a real threat actor they'd be blocked/isolated out so quickly made me thankful. Otherwise, that actor would have had hours to play with that specific user. Everything just works with Huntress. I love it.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

It's a small thing, but there's a bit of UI confusion when making approvals/exceptions to logins. When there's a suspicious login from a country, you can add an Expected Rule with a note and the default dropdown has "Account wide" or "Company wide" -- you CAN do identity only, but that's not in the same area. Have to click the 3 dots elsewhere to see it. Caught me the first time. I know Huntress is changing this in future to make it more clear.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managed ITDR gives me an easy (and visual!) way of tracking unauthorized access, and I know there's a real team of people looking at and investigating all sorts of signals. I cannot be everywhere all at once. They're also always adding and improving the product (Rogue Applications being their newest thing, now in Beta).

  ### 25. Easy to setup ITDR with a good overview; if having the required M365 licenses

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robin M. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Easy to setup en quick response on unusual traffic / logins. Easy integration with Huntress SIEM. Good dashboard for the status.
All ours M365 customers are onboarded to ITDR

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

MFA status requires Business Premium or Entra ID P2 licenses altought these aren't required for MFA itself. This somewhat limits overview from the Huntress portal if the customers lacks those.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ITDR gives us the benefit of a extra view on logs for anomalies give us assurance that we aren't missing anything.

  ### 26. Taking cloud security seriously

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M. | Business Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Huntress ITDR was an exciting product when it was released. It really filled a gap as MSP's with even a couple of clients in the cloud (let alone hundreds) could not effectively/proactively secure and monitor cloud services. It has taken the Managed EDR concept to the cloud services and allows us to rest easy knowing our customers are protected.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

To be picky, dialling in some of the alerts and configurations around users with VPNs etc has taken a couple attempts. But otherwise I think its rock solid product.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The initial problem was there were not many cloud security options before Huntress ITDR came along. We can now rest easy knowing that when users doing user things by putting in their credentials on phishing websites (etc) that their account will be secured / locked down at the first sniff of a breach.

  ### 27. The Fastest Response on the Market!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine D. | Executive Vice President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

We love Huntress Managed ITDR for a multitude of reasons. Huntress analyzes issues quicker than anyone else we've used, which is saying something because there are a lot of great M365 threat detection tools on the market. Huntress is just quicker and that's what really matters in this world. Additionally, you just can't beat the price point. this is a real solution for any size business and delivers a ton of peace of mind.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

I haven't found anything yet to complain about.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are seeing so many MIM attacks with M365 and it discovers those so quickly. More than that, the price-point means it's available to all of our clients--not just the large ones.

  ### 28. A must have for M365 account protection

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

It's an easy to deploy and manage solution that helps keep protect M365 accounts against modern threats like session hijacking.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

No real dislikes at the moment, but there's always room for more features, and if I know Huntress, they're not done yet.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Protecting M365 accounts against session hijacking and similar threats. Entra ID P1 offers some similar features, but is still limited, and not all of our clients have that.

  ### 29. Nothing beats IT!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

What I like best about Huntress Managed ITDR is the peace of mind it gives our team. It keeps an eye on identity-based threats 24/7, and I love that real security experts are behind the monitoring—not just automated tools. The alerts are clear, the insights are super helpful, and it’s easy to see what actions need to be taken. It’s been a great addition to our security stack, especially for keeping tabs on Active Directory activity and potential credential abuse.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Sometimes there are more alerts than expected, especially early on, and a bit more filtering or customization would be helpful. But overall, support makes it manageable.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Huntress Managed ITDR helps us catch identity threats early and respond quickly, giving us stronger security and peace of mind!

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

  ### 32. Managed ITDR done right

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam K. | Project Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Huntress' Managed ITDR is brilliant. It's simple to setup and maintain. It is nicely integrated into our Ticketing system and PSA. The team at Huntress know what they are dooing and provide alerts only on necessary issues, removing notifaction fatigue in our team. As a small MSP it's great to have such highly skilled people backing us up.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Not much at all, just would love to see Managed ITDR for Google Workspace

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a samll team we don't have the capacity to review logs and montior all events over all of our clients. The Huntress team give us confidence that if there is something going wrong with a client they will let us know.

  ### 33. Great Proactive Response

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | Managed Services Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Takes out the hassle of trying to create alerts and detection rules for suspicious sign-ins. Especially with the new unwanted access feature. Being able to see any unusual country prompts and confirm with the clients if it's expected before it becomes a problem is great. Super easy to setup. Very little m365 setup required.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Sometimes the detection of a suspicious sign in can take longer than expected (up to an hour in some cases). There was initially a lot of alerts around the connection to 365 but these seem to have been resolved since.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Takes a lot of the guess work out of protecting 365 environments by proactively monitoring user sign-ins and producing reports/isolating accounts when it's confirmed malicious. Reports are very detailed and give you enough information to confirm the activity and gives you next steps for this. Stops 99% of all account compromises in the 365 environment.

  ### 34. We had no cloud protection before, yet now we can rest secure that our backs are being watched.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Integration is incredibly quick, reporting and management is not noisy.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Slow rollout of new features into the platform.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having cloud identity protection was a gap I our security posture, now its a filled gap.

  ### 35. One of the best products we offer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jeremy@onsiteit.ca M. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

This is such a great product. It is finding things that would otherwise have gone unnoticed, and the rogue apps adds to its value even more. We love it, our clients love, and that's all we need to sleep better at night knowing our M365 environtments are protected.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

There is currently no non profit sku, and that is something we would like to see added.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The SOC team is ensuring that I dont need to worry about sorting through millions of logs. They surface what is important, and escalate to our team the actionable items.

  ### 36. Excellent Service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Istiaq A. | Network Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

The most amazing feature is the Dashboard option

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Some of the functional features need to more user friendly

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its detect the threat within a short period of time

  ### 37. We use Huntress to keep our clients secure

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giuseppe R. | CEO, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Huntress Managed ITDR can detect unauthorized access and BEC on client tenants. They respond quickly with remediation steps so we can protect our clients. Huntress is very easy to deploy and implement, customer support is amazing, and it is a service we constantly use.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

It's not so much a dislike, more of a request. We want the ability to use Huntress to apply Conditional Access Policies to our tenants using templates. The same would apply to Intune. This would allow us to consolidate our vendors.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Huntress Managed ITDR to secure our M365 cloud tenants. It provides MDR to our clients and allows us to increase our security posture on the cloud.

  ### 38. Top Tier Tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Huntress ITDR is a great product, it is very functional, effective, and a core component of our security stack. The tool is easy to use, quick to alert, and very responsive. The Huntress team is always working on new features and functionality as well.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

I have yet to find a dislike aspect of this tool

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Huntress ITDR gives us peace of mind knowing that all of our inboxes are being monitored and protected, around the clock. They give us a 2nd set of eyes on things and help protect our most vulnerable asset, our mail platform.

  ### 39. Huntress has been a great product and staple of our security offerings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brett B. | IT Support Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

The support team is always fantastic to work with and they are available to help when needed (very rare need as it just works). The website is very easy to navigate, emails are very concise and remediation tips are thorough. It's one of the easiest products to push and makes integration simple and easy to deploy.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

I haven't encountered anything we dislike about Huntress.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has done a fantastic job of finding password lists for one on our networks that otherwise have escaped our internal searches. Really has helped clean that up and the emails notices are fantastic.

  ### 40. From the sales side, it doesn't get much easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason J. | VP Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Coming from the sales, knowing that we have Huntress Managed ITDR in our security stack makes my job much easier. I know I can confidently tell prospective clients (and existing) that we are deploying a best in class solution to help protect their users and their business.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

From my prospective, there are not any aeras of concern with Huntress Managed ITDR.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In today's digital landscape, identity protection is one of the most critical areas that needs protection. Huntress Managed ITDR ensures users are protected, and MSP's have a partner that they can count on.

  ### 41. Huntress MDR 365

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

The accuracy and effectiveness of the threat detection has been wonderful. We have had multiple cases where as soon as we deployed ITDR it found token theft that had been previously undetected. Overall it's been a really great value add to customers. We are planning an OPT-OUT campaign very soon to push it to the remaining customers.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Huntress is very effective, and very low noise, but at a cost of speed. The alerts we get are typically around an hour after the event, where noisier products will alert within a few minutes.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Token theft, attempts to breach, rule creation to indicate compromise. Also knowing that an issue is possibly occuring you can reach out to support and they will have the SOC actively look into the logs and issue.

  ### 42. Huntress MDR for Office 365 review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vincent S. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

its a proactive monitoring service that detects threats and compromises, without this type of service you will always be reactive and that may be too late.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Wish the response time could be a little faster.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It monitors your Office 365 tenant 24\7 and auto remedies known threats and will notifiy you if they are unsure and let the client decide how they want to remedy the alert. Without this type of service you will not know about compromises and takeovers until it is too late.

  ### 43. Total gamechanger for protecting your 365 tenant

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher H. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

easy to setupand use, remediation steps are clearly provided, support always available if ever needed. Their support is top notch, very knowledgable, and always available.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

nothing at all, one of our favorite solutions.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easily and seemlessly protecting our client 365 tenants.

  ### 44. Huntress Managed TDR has eased the process and provided great security for IT Management Employees

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** agoby@netresults.ca G. | Managed Service Provider, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

That Huntress has a dedecated SoC team to review and analyze detections found on devices.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

I think the most annoying thing currently is the macOS permissions grant requirements. Without having a proper MDM solution to deploy, it has been cumbersome to ensure our macOS protected device have the correct settings enabled. And especially difficult as these settings have been reverted on us by updates several times over.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managed AV solution for protecting hundreds of devices in one central area for administration.

  ### 45. Huntress ITDR is awesome

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

The alerting, the clarity, the response time and the SOC team analyzing the events for us. This is just an awesome system that they have put in place and thus far it has been a great benefit for our company.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

You cannot select specific users you want to alert on. If it is a company of 500 employees, they cannot test the waters with only 50 employees for instance, it automatically pulls in all licensed mailboxes from 365. This makes it a little bit more difficult to sell.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Huntress is picking up suspicious sign-ins and account actions which we would not have previously picked up. It has successfully alerted on compromised accounts which we managed to secure within the hour.

  ### 46. Highly Recommended for today's sophisticated threats

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronald S. | Founder & CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

We love the fact that it has reduced the amount of time spent hunting down false positives. This helps with complacency and the alerts and threats are real and can be managed.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

The price point can be a little intimidating to smaller firms but it is well worth it and you do get a positive ROI.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Huntress has eliminated the need to hire a dedicated SOC and analysts to watch 24/7. This allows us to dedicate more time to our other technology.

  ### 47. Excellent product from an excellend team.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

After evaluating several other products in this space, we settled on Huntress' offering. The reduced noise, frictionless setup, and continuous enhancement have been great. They are constantly evolving the product and have made significant changes in the conditions that trigger an incident to keep up with current threats.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

The only real downside we've seen with Huntress Managed ITDR is a slightly longer detection time compared to other products we've used. We've accepted that trade-off due to the reduced noise and quality of the incident detection.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Huntress Managed ITDR is helping us rapidly detect and respond to attempted business email compromises and unauthorized access to Microsoft 365 at our clients.

  ### 48. Stops M365 threats instantly!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sammy M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

It gathers user usage in terms of location and logins. So if a threat attacker tries to login from another location, it will shut down that M365 login and notify Huntress admin right away.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

The interface is a bit clumsy, lots of clicks to navigate around. Would like a weekly report of clients Huntress usage.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

stops phishing and malware attacks immediately!

  ### 49. Best in class.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

Huntress response time and accuracy of identification are both far better than we have experienced with competitors.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

I have yet to find a negative aspect of working with Huntress, and I'm picky.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Huntress extends the coverage of our engineering team, keeping our environment, and our client's environments, clear of threats.

  ### 50. Huntress has been a game changer for our Team and Customers helping everyone sleep better at night.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jeremy b. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

We always had the ability to proactively monitor our customers hardware environments and this allows us to proactivley monitor their 365 environements for bad actors.

**What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?**

The ability to work with comanaged customers giving their team access to their information.

**What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to proactively monitor 365 environments.
