Clear schedule access for everyone, plus it's helpful to have the mobile app as most of our team is the younger generation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform needs a better library of updated video tutorials to simplify the onboarding process. Currently, I have to handle all the instruction myself, but I would much rather send new hires an official training link. Both the website and app would be far more helpful if they provided these clear, self-service video walkthroughs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
