## Humand Reviews
 ### 1. Straightforward Interface and Useful Content Management That Simplifies Our Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom W. | Manager of Product, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

Adoption has been surprisingly good across all age groups. Usually you get pushback from older employees or people who aren't tech savvy, but the interface is so straightforward that even the skeptics came around. The content management features are useful too. Being able to post updates, share important documents, and communicate with the team all in one place has simplified my workflow. The support team has also been responsive when we've had questions.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

There have been occasional quirks with the app that required restarting or refreshing. Nothing catastrophic, but enough to be annoying when you're in a hurry. I also think the onboarding materials could be better.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it's solved is the disconnect between management and frontline staff. Before, there was a sense that management was making decisions in a vacuum without input from the people actually doing the work. Now there's a platform where feedback can flow both ways. That transparency has improved trust and made people feel more valued. From a practical standpoint, it's also reduced the time I spend on internal communications, giving me more time to focus on actual work.

 ### 2. Smooth Onboarding and a Truly Mobile-Friendly Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanne L. | Analytics Engineer, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

The onboarding experience was smoother than I expected. We had people up and running pretty quickly, which is not always the case with new platforms. The interface is intuitive enough that most people can figure it out without extensive training. I also like the focus on mobile, since so many people access everything from their phones these days. Having the full experience available on mobile makes a big difference in adoption rates.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

There's room for improvement on the reporting side. I'd like to see more detailed insights into how people are using the platform and what's resonating with the team. Right now, the analytics feel a bit surface level. The price point is also something to consider.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit I've seen is improved employee engagement and morale. People feel more connected to the company and to each other. That's not just a nice to have, it actually impacts retention and productivity. It has also simplified a lot of administrative overhead. Instead of having multiple tools for different functions, we're consolidating into one platform. That reduces complexity and makes it easier for people to find what they need when they need it.

 ### 3. Reliable, Community-First Platform That Keeps People at the Center

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor B. | RevOps Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

The reliability is what I appreciate most. It's up when I need it and it doesn't crash or glitch out on me during important moments. The platform feels solid and well-built. I also like the focus on community and culture, which is something that a lot of similar tools overlook. They're so focused on features that they forget the human element. Humand seems to keep people at the center of what they're doing.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

I wish the customization options were a bit more flexible. There are certain things about the layout and branding that I'd like to tweak, but the platform doesn't give you that much control. It feels a bit rigid at times. Also, the notification settings aren't as granular as I'd like. I'd prefer to have more control over what I'm alerted to and how I'm alerted.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it's solving for us is scattered communication. We had too many channels and no single source of truth. Now people know where to go for information, which cuts down on confusion and saves time. It has also made our HR processes smoother. Things like policy updates and announcements reach everyone faster, which matters when you need people to be aware of changes quickly. On the team level, it's helped us collaborate more effectively across different locations and departments.

 ### 4. Intuitive, No-Frills Experience That Just Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrei P. | Data Engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

The user experience is genuinely good. It's not flashy or trying to impress you with fancy animations, it just works. Navigation makes sense, things are where you expect them to be, and I don't have to hunt around for basic functions. The chat and messaging features are smooth and it's easy to share files and updates. I also appreciate that the admin side isn't overly complicated. I can manage things without needing a degree in IT.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

There's a learning curve for some of the more advanced features. The basics are easy enough, but when you dig deeper into things like permissions and groups, it can get confusing. I wish there were more in-app tutorials or guides. The documentation they provide is okay, but it's not always the most intuitive.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has helped us create a more inclusive environment. Before, there were cliques and information silos that made people feel excluded. Now there's a shared space where everyone has a voice and can participate. That might sound soft, but it actually impacts productivity. When people feel like they belong, they work better. It has also streamlined our internal communications enough that we've been able to reduce the number of internal emails significantly, which is a win in my book.

 ### 5. Convenient, Logical Mobile App That Centralizes HR Updates and Documents

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diane M. | Senior Building Engineer, Non-Profit Organization Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

The mobile app is probably my favorite thing about it. Being able to check in, see updates, and communicate with my team while I'm on the move has been really convenient. The layout is logical and doesn't take much time to figure out. I also like that it centralizes HR stuff, policies, and announcements. No more digging through old emails to find that one document someone sent three months ago.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

Sometimes the notifications feel a bit much. I get alerts for things that probably don't need an alert, and it took some adjusting to dial in the settings so I wasn't constantly bombarded. Also, the search function could be better. When I'm looking for something specific, it doesn't always surface the most relevant results. That gets frustrating when you're in a hurry.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit I've seen is better alignment across teams. Before, different departments would be working on similar things without realizing it, because there was no easy way to share what we were all doing. Now there's more transparency and visibility. It saves us time and reduces redundant work. For me personally, it's cut down on the number of meetings I need to attend because information is more accessible without having to sit through a presentation.

 ### 6. Clean, Straightforward Interface with Useful Groups and Spaces

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike P. | Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

The interface is clean and doesn't overwhelm people. I've seen other platforms that throw way too much at you right out of the gate. Humand keeps it straightforward, which I appreciate. The ability to create different groups and spaces for different departments has been useful. I can keep things relevant to specific teams without cluttering everyone's feed with stuff that doesn't apply to them. It feels like it was designed with actual employees in mind, not just HR administrators.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

Customer support response times could be faster. We had a couple of questions during implementation and it took longer than I would have liked to get answers. Nothing major broke, but when you're rolling something out to a whole company, you want to feel supported.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has helped us bridge the gap between office staff and field workers. Before, there was a disconnect where our remote and on-the-go employees felt out of the loop. Now everyone has access to the same information in real time. That's been huge for morale and for making sure nobody feels left out of company culture. It's also simplified our onboarding process since new hires can get up to speed through the platform without being bombarded with emails.

 ### 7. Simple, All-in-One Hub That Keeps Our Team Connected

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel T. | Clinical Facilities Coordinator, Hospital & Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

The simplicity is what stands out most. It doesn't try to be everything to everyone, it just focuses on bringing people together in one place. I can post updates, share documents, and keep track of what's happening without bouncing between five different apps. The mobile experience is solid too, which matters because not everyone on my team sits at a desk all day. Being able to reach everyone from one spot has made a noticeable difference in how we communicate day to day.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

There were some hiccups early on getting everyone onboarded. Some of my team members are not super tech savvy, so the initial setup took a bit more handholding than I anticipated. Also, the feature set, while useful, isn't as deep as some dedicated tools for specific functions. If you need complex HR analytics or advanced project management, this might feel a bit basic.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem it's solving is information fragmentation. Before, important announcements would get missed or lost in email threads. Now, with everything centralized, I know that when I post something, people actually see it. It has cut down on the "I didn't know about that" conversations significantly. From an operational standpoint, that means fewer mistakes and less wasted time chasing people down for basic information.

 ### 8. Humand Centralizes Updates and Documents—A True All-in-One Hub for Our Crew

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian C. | Maintenance Technician, Food & Beverages, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

The best part about Humand is that it really is an all-in-one solution for getting everyone on the same page. It’s an app, so guys on the floor can pull it out on a smartphone or tablet without having to run to a computer terminal. For me, the main benefit is how it centralizes things. I can post a shift change log and everyone on the team sees it instantly, or I can put out a maintenance schedule update and know that everyone has access to the latest version. Having a central hub for things like documents, safety protocols, and other HR stuff in one spot is a big step up from what we had. It feels like a private social network for the company, which is a nice way to build culture and get everyone on the same light, but more importantly, it helps me get info out to my crew without a game of telephone.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

My biggest complaint, and I hope this gets better, is the ease of integration with our existing systems. We don’t operate in a cloud-based office environment; we have SCADA and CMMS systems for our equipment. Humand seems very much built for office or administrative staff, which is fine for HR, but it doesn’t feel like it was designed to talk to the industrial equipment or the software we use to track work orders and parts.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Humand is solving for us is the "deafening silence" that can happen between shifts. Before, if the night shift had a recurring issue with a filler, it might not get communicated effectively to the day shift, or the message would get lost in the chain of command. Now, I can just post a quick update in our maintenance group on the app, and it’s there for everyone to see before they start their shift.

 ### 9. Humand Keeps Our Part-Time Educators Connected with Mobile Updates and HR Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda F. | Director of Operations, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

Running a tutoring and after-school academy with five locations and 80 part-time educators is a unique challenge. Most of our teachers are part-time and they come and go throughout the day so we absolutely cannot rely on staff meetings or in-person announcements to share important updates. Humand has been exactly what we needed. The mobile app is perfect for our teachers who are constantly moving between locations and the push notifications actually get seen. The private community feel helps our part-time staff feel more connected to the organization even though they're not in the office every day. I love the centralized announcement feature for sharing schedule changes, policy updates, and curriculum announcements. The HR management features for time tracking and certification management have been a lifesaver for our administrative team. We've been using it for about three months and adoption has been incredibly strong even with our less tech-savvy educators.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

The certification tracking feature could be more robust for educational compliance requirements. We ended up supplementing with a separate spreadsheet for tracking professional development hours. Also the calendar view for scheduling across multiple locations can get confusing with so many teachers and locations.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing a part-time mobile workforce in education is really hard. Important updates about schedule changes and curriculum were getting missed constantly because our teachers weren't checking email regularly. Humand solves this by giving us a central platform where everyone can quickly check updates from their phones. The read receipts give me confidence that critical announcements have actually been seen and the centralized knowledge base means teachers can find lesson plans and policies on their own. Our administrative team has saved so much time that was previously spent chasing down responses from teachers.

 ### 10. Humand Keeps Our Brewery Teams Connected with Simple Announcements, Scheduling & Knowledge Base

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert D. | Head of Operations, Food & Beverages, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

I started as a brewer so I know the production side really well. The hardest part of running a regional brewery is coordinating between the brewers in the back, the taproom staff out front, and our sales team on the road. We have about 70 people across these different groups and shift changes make communication really difficult. Humand has helped us a lot. The app is simple enough that everyone from our brewers to our servers can use it without a lot of training. The private community feel is great for sharing new beer releases, announcing events, and just keeping everyone connected. The announcement feature with read receipts has been perfect for sharing production updates and new menu items. We also use the HR management features for shift scheduling and time off which has saved my managers a ton of administrative time. The searchable knowledge base is useful for storing recipes and standard operating procedures that everyone needs to access.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

The inventory management features are pretty basic and not really sufficient for our brewery operations. We ended up keeping our specialized inventory system separate. The mobile app is solid but occasionally crashes when uploading multiple photos which can be frustrating for our taproom staff sharing event photos.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Breweries are chaotic places with lots of moving parts and information was constantly getting lost between shifts and departments. Important production updates weren't reaching the taproom staff and new beer releases were being announced inconsistently. Humand centralizes everything so everyone from the brewers to the bartenders can quickly check updates on their phones. The read receipts ensure that critical announcements about safety protocols and recipe changes have actually been seen. Our managers spend way less time repeating themselves and more time focusing on operations.

 ### 11. Humand Keeps Our IT Team Aligned with Announcements, Knowledge Base, and HR Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin J. | CTO, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

I've been in IT for 15 years and I've seen a lot of internal communication tools come and go. Most of them are overengineered or completely ignore how technical teams actually work. Humand is refreshingly different. The app is light and gets out of the way which is exactly what our engineers need. We have about 30 people supporting various clients and keeping everyone updated on client environments and internal projects was a mess. We were drowning in Slack channels and important information was getting buried constantly. Humand centralizes everything into one private community space. The announcements feature ensures that critical updates about security patches and client emergencies actually get seen by everyone. The searchable knowledge base is perfect for storing internal documentation and common solutions. I also really appreciate the HR features for managing our on-call rotations and time off requests.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

The API documentation could be much better. We wanted to build some custom integrations with our ticketing system but found the available documentation pretty limited. Also the web version sometimes feels less polished than the mobile app.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IT teams deal with information overload constantly and our biggest challenge was ensuring that important client updates and internal announcements weren't getting lost. Humand solves this by giving us a central platform where everything lives and can be easily searched. The read receipts give me confidence that critical security announcements have actually been seen. Our engineers are spending less time hunting for information and more time actually solving problems which is exactly what I want to see.

 ### 12. Humand Keeps Our Staffing Team Aligned with Centralized, On-the-Go Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily R. | Director of Talent Acquisition, Staffing and Recruiting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

Running a staffing agency with just 12 recruiters but communicating with hundreds of candidates and clients every week is a unique challenge. We needed something that could handle both internal team communication and help us manage the chaos without being overly complicated. Humand has been really helpful for us. The platform centralizes everything so our recruiters can share candidate updates, client feedback, and job requirements without endless email chains. The searchable knowledge base is useful for storing interview templates and client preferences so everyone can access them without asking the same questions over and over. I also appreciate the HR management features for tracking our own internal staff onboarding and time off. The app is light and user friendly which matters when your team is on the go meeting with clients and candidates constantly.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

The integration with our ATS system has been a bit clunky. We ended up just using Humand for internal communication and culture building and keeping our ATS separate for actual candidate tracking. It would be great if the integration options were expanded. Also the notification settings could be more granular.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruitment is fast moving and we were losing important information in the shuffle between Slack, email, and text messages. Critical client feedback about candidate fits was getting missed and our recruiters were duplicating work because they didn't know what others were working on. Humand gives us a central hub where everyone can see what's happening in real time. The culture building aspect has also been surprisingly valuable for such a small team, it helps us celebrate placements and wins together.

 ### 13. Humand Makes Field Crew Updates Simple, Fast, and Actually Seen

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael T. | Field Operations Manager, Construction, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

Managing field crews for a restoration company is chaotic. Our technicians are out on job sites dealing with water damage and fire cleanup and getting information to them has always been a nightmare. Phone calls get missed, texts get buried, and nobody checks email when they're elbow deep in a restoration project. Humand has been a breath of fresh air honestly. The mobile app is perfect for our guys, they can quickly check job site updates, safety bulletins, and schedule changes right on their phones without jumping through hoops. The interface is simple and doesn't require a lot of training. I also really like the photo sharing feature for documenting job progress and the ability to post announcements that actually get seen. We've been using it for three months and adoption has been way better than any other tool we've tried. Even our older technicians who aren't super comfortable with technology picked it up quickly.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

The offline functionality could be better. Our guys are often in areas with poor cell service and it would be nice if they could access previously loaded content without needing a connection. Also the job site check-in feature could use some refinement.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we had was information not reaching our field crews. Schedule changes, new safety protocols, updated job specifications, all of this was getting lost in the chaos of phone calls and texts. Humand gives us one central platform where everything lives and technicians can quickly check it from their phones. The read receipts are huge for safety compliance because I can actually confirm that everyone saw a critical update before they start a job. This has cut down on miscommunication significantly.

 ### 14. Light, Friendly App That Builds Real Community and Simplifies Compliance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah M. | Vice President, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

I came from a large bank where we had every tool imaginable and yet nobody felt connected. When I moved to this boutique wealth management firm I wanted to build a different kind of culture but I didn't want to overload our 40 employees with another complicated platform. Humand has been exactly what we needed. The app is light and friendly which matters a lot when you're asking advisors who are used to client-focused tools to actually engage with internal communication. The community feel is real, people actually post updates, celebrate client wins, and ask questions in the feed. The HR management features for compliance training and policy acknowledgment have been super helpful for our regulatory requirements. I also appreciate that I can easily see who has read important announcements which is critical when we need to prove compliance. We've been using it for about five months and engagement is honestly higher than I expected.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

The reporting and analytics could be more robust. I would love to see more detailed engagement metrics to help us understand which types of content resonate with different teams. Also the mobile app is solid but occasionally feels a bit slow when loading larger files.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Financial services has so much compliance communication that needs to be acknowledged and tracked and we were struggling to prove that employees had actually read and understood important policies. Humand solves this with read receipts and acknowledgment features built right into the platform. Beyond compliance, the culture building aspect has been huge for us. Our advisors and support staff actually feel connected despite being spread across different offices and the searchable knowledge base means people can find answers quickly without interrupting colleagues.

 ### 15. Humand Simplifies Clinic Communication with Centralized Announcements and HR Scheduling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David P. | Director of Practice Operations, Hospital & Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

Running a network of physical therapy clinics with 60 employees across four locations is not easy especially when you're trying to keep clinical staff informed about schedule changes and policy updates. I used to work in hospital administration and I can tell you that communication in healthcare is usually a nightmare. Humand has been surprisingly effective for us. The app is simple enough that our therapists and admin staff actually use it without complaining. I love the centralized announcements feature for sharing important compliance updates and the private community feel makes it easy to share best practices between clinics. The HR management capabilities for time off and shift scheduling have been a huge timesaver for our clinic managers. The searchable database means staff can find protocols and procedures on their own without flooding my inbox with questions. We've been using it for about four months now and adoption has been really strong.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

Setting up the different permission levels for our various roles took longer than I expected. We have therapists, assistants, admin staff, and billing specialists all with different needs and getting the visibility settings right required some trial and error. Also the calendar view for scheduling could be more intuitive.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Healthcare communication is notoriously fragmented and we were seeing the effects of it with missed messages about patient schedule changes and confusion about updated protocols. Humand gives us one unified platform where everything lives. Staff can quickly check announcements, find policy documents, request time off, and communicate with their colleagues without jumping between five different tools. The biggest benefit is our clinic managers are spending way less time answering basic questions and more time actually supporting their clinical teams.

 ### 16. Humand’s Beautiful, User-Friendly Hub That Keeps Our Studio Aligned

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica C. | Studio Manager, Architecture & Planning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

Coming from a background in project coordination for creative agencies I have tried so many internal communication tools and most of them are either too complicated or too basic. Humand strikes a really nice balance for our studio. We have about 25 people split between in-house designers and remote project managers and keeping everyone aligned on project timelines and internal announcements was becoming a full time job. The app is light and user friendly which matters a lot when you have designers who are very particular about interface aesthetics. The centralized culture hub has been wonderful for sharing inspiration, celebrating wins, and just keeping the team connected. I honestly didn't expect a tool like this to be so well designed. We use it for everything from daily standup updates to sharing client feedback and the HR features for leave management have saved me so much admin time.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

The file organization within the app could be better. When you have a lot of visual assets being shared, the way files are displayed feels a bit cluttered. Also the mobile experience is solid but the desktop web version sometimes feels like an afterthought in terms of layout.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Humand we were drowning in Slack channels, email threads, and WhatsApp groups. Important information about project changes or client preferences was getting lost constantly. Our designers were wasting time hunting down information instead of actually designing. Humand centralizes everything into one private community space that actually makes sense for how creative teams work. The culture building aspect has been surprisingly valuable too, our remote staff finally feel like they're part of the studio culture.

 ### 17. Game-Changer for Logistics Communication: Light, Centralized, and Easy to Adopt

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcus C. | Operations Director, Logistics and Supply Chain, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

We implemented Humand about six months ago and honestly it's been a game changer for our logistics operations. Having 85 employees spread across three states with drivers constantly on the road meant we were struggling to keep everyone informed about schedule changes, route updates, and safety announcements. The app interface is incredibly light and user friendly, even our drivers who aren't super tech savvy picked it up within a day or two. I love that everything is centralized in one place instead of trying to track down information across email, text messages, and random group chats. The push notifications actually get read which was our biggest problem before. We use it daily for shift handoffs and the private community feel has really helped our remote staff feel more connected to the home office. The HR management features have been a nice bonus, especially for time off requests and policy updates.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

The integration with our existing payroll system was a bit bumpy at first. It took us a couple weeks to get everything synced properly and we had to rely on some manual workarounds initially. Also the Spanish language support is great but we have some Portuguese speaking staff and it would be nice to see that added.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were losing so much productivity to miscommunication between our warehouse staff and drivers. Schedule changes were getting missed, safety bulletins weren't being read, and important updates were getting buried in overflowing inboxes. Humand has given us one central platform for all internal communication and HR management. Our drivers now get real-time updates directly to their phones and we have a searchable knowledge base so employees can find answers without constantly interrupting managers. The time savings alone has been significant.

 ### 18. Effectively consolidates engineering onboarding and team communications into one plac

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dannielle D. | Engineering Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

What I really like about Humand is that it provides a platform that we can use to broadcast cultural and administrative updates separate from our technical systems. Within our engineering department, the majority of us spend all day within massive platforms such as Slack and Jira. Having Humand helps ensure that any critical messages from administrative, HR or any other department cannot get drowned out in the midst of our constant development communications.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

The native analytics/reporting tools lack depth from a management point of view. They provide some basic information on engagement, however, the ability to extract custom reporting on policy acknowledgements and adoption rates would need refinement.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the issue of fragmented internal documentation and communications in a hybrid/remote setting. With centralized documentation, company policies, onboarding and employee information, it significantly decreases any communication issues that might arise. This allows me to allocate my tracking time to more important matters.

 ### 19. Clean, Easy-to-Adopt Platform That United Our Whole Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leo C. | Fleet Maintenance Superintendent, Logistics and Supply Chain, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

Humand has done something that I honestly did not think was possible with our team. It got everyone using the same platform without complaints. Our staff ranges from young people who are super tech savvy to older employees who are a bit more resistant to new things but everyone found this app easy to figure out. The interface is clean and straightforward and the mobile experience is solid which matters because our people are always on their feet. I really appreciate having everything in one app instead of juggling multiple tools for different purposes.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

I would love to see more integrations with other platforms we already use. We have invested in several tools over the years and Humand does not play nicely with all of them out of the box. Some connections required custom work which added time to our implementation.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Humand has addressed is information silos. Before this every location operated almost like its own separate business. Communication was inconsistent and important messages often did not reach everyone who needed to hear them. Now we have a unified platform that reaches every employee no matter where they are working. This has directly improved our operational efficiency because managers are not spending time repeating information to different teams.

 ### 20. A centralized hub that cuts down internal communication noise for engineering teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon W. | Senior Software Engineer, Computer & Network Security, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

What I appreciate most about Humand is how cleanly it centralizes institutional knowledge, announcements, and onboarding workflows without cluttering our technical channels. In a software environment where engineers already live inside Slack and Jira, company-wide updates can easily get buried. Humand acts as a dedicated space for non-technical announcements, corporate policies, and peer recognition (Kudos), keeping our daily workspaces focused purely on development while ensuring we still stay connected to the company culture.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

From a technical user perspective, the platform tries to do a lot at once spanning HR tools, messaging, files, and surveys. Initially, it took our team some time to customize the interface and deactivate modules we didn't need to prevent the app from feeling overly busy. Additionally, a built-in dark mode would be a highly welcomed addition for engineers who spend their days in dark-themed IDEs.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Humand, company updates, policy documents, and onboarding checklists were scattered across various shared drives, emails, and chat threads, leading to repeated questions. Humand has solved this fragmentation. Now, everything from time-off policies to team directories is easily accessible on a mobile-friendly platform, saving our engineering managers and HR team valuable coordination time.

 ### 21. A clean, secure hub for company updates that leaves our engineering channels quiet.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua Z. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

As a software engineer, I spend most of my time working in technical applications like Slack, Jira, and GitHub. What I like best about Humand is that it provides me with a designated area where I can see all updates related to HR, onboarding, and company culture. It effectively segregates administrative notifications from our engineering activities.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

Because my team is using highly customized technological tools, Humand seems to be performing a lot of actions at once by including multiple modules such as surveys, files, and social feeds. As a technical user interested only in finding a particular HR policy or company announcement, the interface of the application could be distracting.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of having multiple communication channels and separate HR tools. With Humand, I can find everything that I am interested in within one single application without having to search for it elsewhere.

 ### 22. A dedicated and integrated channel for workforce updates the infrastructure workflow.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Franco P. | Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

As a Systems Engineer dealing with infrastructure and supply chain security, my day-to-day tools involve monitoring, systems management, and technical communication. The thing I like most about Humand is the secure dedicated place where I can access HR news, internal policies, and organizational culture. It allows me to keep corporate communications away from the mission critical engineering channel and avoid message fatigue.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

Given the variety of functions combined in one platform (social feeds, documents, surveys) the interface might appear slightly cluttered for a technical user who only needs to find a quick administrative policy or organization chart. It would be nice to have a minimalist view for power users.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of fragmentation of internal communications in remote and hybrid technical teams. It allows me to keep all corporate policies, team directories, and executive announcements in one secure place.

 ### 23. One app that replaced our Slack, drive, and legacy HRIS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lasse-Mathias N. | Co-founder & CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

We were patching together Slack, a shared drive, and a clunky HRIS for a hundred people. Humand put onboarding, time-off requests, and company updates into one mobile app. Our warehouse and remote teams finally get the same information at the same time. The org chart and kudos feed are surprisingly useful for keeping culture alive as we scale.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

The platform covers a lot of ground communication, HR, learning, surveys so it took us a few weeks to decide which modules to activate first. The setup is straightforward, but the breadth can feel overwhelming until you pick your core workflow.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we grew past 50 people, onboarding became inconsistent and HR questions ate into management time. We now run standardized onboarding and let the AI assistant handle repetitive benefits questions. Our HR team spends less time on tickets and more time on hiring.

 ### 24. Organizing practice updates and aligning design teams on all healthcare projects underway.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madeline G. | Interior Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

Being an Interior Designer for a specialty healthcare architecture firm, I am constantly toggling between client review meetings, space planning and materials selection. What I like most about Humand is the way it centralizes all internal firm updates, policy changes and HR tools in one intuitive feed. This gives us an organized digital place for corporate news which is separate from our busy project design feeds.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

Since Humand combines social feeds, org chart and documents within one user interface, sometimes it may seem to be a little bit cluttered. More options to filter and quickly find HR policies among other social posts would help to navigate faster.gn feeds.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humand addresses the problem of important internal communications being buried in busy email chains and project channels by providing one single space for firm-wide announcements and employee resources.

 ### 25. Great tool for finding tech-stack data and CRM leads.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trevor A. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

I really like the fact that I can filter out prospects based on the technology stack and buying intent. We get validated buyer contacts right away when the clients are planning to migrate to CRMs or update software.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

The platform interface can sometimes be too heavy and slow when working with extensive contact lists or accounts. Also, sometimes a portion of the data from some niche markets can be out-of-date, so we need to check manually.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool solves the problem of using a number of different tools for intent data, contact information, and outreach purposes. All the tools in one dashboard help us save a huge amount of research time and get a constant influx of high-quality leads.

 ### 26. Convenient Mobile App for Team Updates, Approvals, and Easy Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra M. | Director of Product Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Humand?**

It is a very convenient mobile application. It allows me to view any updates, approve certain things and communicate with the team right from my phone without going to a computer every time. The process of onboarding new team members also became easier.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

It becomes quite slow sometimes when many people use it at the same time. Besides, there are some reports which lack details.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team consists of people from various countries and it was rather chaotic to manage payroll, documentation and communications before because we used several tools for each process separately. Now everything is more organized and saves us some time every week.

 ### 27. Very good communication tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edwin F. | Jefe de redes y ciberseguridad, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Humand?**

its versatility, the number of modules that can be added, and the ability to integrate with many applications, whether custom-made or pre-existing

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

its vacation format, because if you implement it in a country that handles vacations differently from others, you cannot customize it and you must request several vacation periods just to have 10 consecutive days of vacation

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, we were not certain that everyone read the email communications, which is why adopting Humand at first was difficult. However, when we found that having everything in one place, like payroll receipts, employment certificates, vacations, and surveys, became more attractive.

 ### 28. The best digital tool for human resources

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elena A. | Especialista de sistemas, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

Humand has everything you need at the click of a button.
The interface is very user-friendly.
The support team takes ALL feedback into account.
Hundreds of tasks are optimized with this tool.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

Not all end users are accustomed to digitalization.
There might be some resistance from people who are not very tech-savvy, but Humand addresses this by being so intuitive.

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real-time communication with operational employees

Process optimization
Time and queue savings
