What do you like best about Human Interest?

I liked the customer service. They walked me through adding my employees and sending emails to simplify the process. They take care of all the details that make implementing the 401K easy and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Human Interest?

I think just gathering all the information for set up was the part I didn't like. I think it was the best it could be. One thing I would say is remind people very simply way its important to save a little bit at leaset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are helping my company fulfill a requirement of the state of California plus keep it one step at a time for ease of introducing the 401K into the company offerings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
