What do you like best about Human Interest?

The set up process was streamlined, and well explained. So far, it's been working very well for my small business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Human Interest?

It's a bit more difficult to get help on specific questions as post set up, you don't have a designated human to ask questions of and you get booted around a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?
