What do you like best about Human Interest?

Low fees for employees. I like the modern feel of the portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Human Interest?

I have not been impressed by HI's responsiveness. Additionally, employees are currently unable to contribute a fixed amount and are stuck contributing percentages of wages earned, which are highly variable for our sales organization so employees cannot accurately predict how much they are contributing on a given paycheck. What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems solved: we were paying higher fees which means that employees couldn't save as much for the future. Benefits realized: easy sign up for new employees Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
