## Human Interest Reviews
 ### 1. Choose literally ANYONE else

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathie R. | Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I haven’t had a good experience with Human Interest.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I dislike that they don’t seem eager to help resolve issues when they come up, yet they are very quick to blame others for their own shortcomings. They also don’t keep good records.

I signed up with them so I could offer a 401k to my employees without having to do all the work myself or micromanage the process. Money coming from the payroll provider is not applied correctly and the deductions from the payroll provider that was incorrect was mishandled. It has been a long and tedious process for someone with no experience in 401k processing
When there is a problem detected by their system I’m unable to correct employee information in the system when they tell me it’s wrong, because there’s no way to select the correct options.

Overall, my list of dislikes is quite long.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. They make more work for me

**Official Response from Anthony Gomes:**

> I'm very sorry that you haven't received a response to your inquiries, Kathie. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. A member of our Customer Advocacy team will contact you directly to discuss your experience, as we're always looking to improve the customer experience. Thank you for your patience, and we are committed to improving our communication.

 ### 2. Effortless Integration with Rippling, Exceptional Usability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie P. | CFO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I really appreciate how easy Human Interest is to work with. They've been very prompt in their responses, and I've yet to have any issues. I love how seamlessly it integrates with Rippling, making things really smooth. Everyone was able to change their elections whenever needed, which was ideal, and switching from a regular to a Roth was perfect. Setting it up was a breeze—just signing a couple of papers and getting everyone to sign up. The automatic enrollment feature was also great, even catching those who didn't sign up on time. The integration with Rippling, who handles our payroll, saved me the hassle of figuring out a separate 401(k) plan. It's genuinely been very easy and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

Nothing

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Human Interest makes it easy to save for retirement with a 401(k) plan and integrates seamlessly with Rippling, saving me time. Setting it up was a breeze, and they automatically enroll everyone, even those who miss the signup deadline.

 ### 3. Great interface and customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleksander M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

Human Interest makes retirement planning feel much simpler and more accessible than traditional providers. The platform is intuitive and transparent, and it doesn’t overwhelm you with financial jargon—everything is laid out in a way that’s easy to follow. The payroll integration is seamless, so contributions happen automatically without any manual effort. That reliability, along with the overall ease of use, really stands out.

The main upsides of using Human Interest are accessibility and transparency, strong automation, solid support and compliance, and scalability as your needs grow.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

While the platform is streamlined, sometimes the simplicity means there’s less flexibility for those who want more advanced investment customization or specialized fund choices. The focus is on automation, which is great for many, but it can feel limiting if you prefer a more hands-on role in managing your investments.

Another challenge is customer support. Although generally responsive, there can be delays during peak times, and answers sometimes feel scripted rather than personalized.

Downsides of using Human Interest include:
-Limited Investment Options
-Customer Service Response Times
-Employer Costs

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest solves the complexity, cost, and compliance challenges of offering a retirement plan by automating filings, integrating with payroll, and simplifying the process end-to-end. For me, that means less administrative burden, peace of mind on compliance, and a straightforward way for employees (and myself) to confidently build long-term savings.

 ### 4. Effortless 401k Management with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan F. | Vice President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I’ve found Human Interest incredibly easy to set up, which has saved me a lot of time. Their support team is great, and it makes the whole 401k process feel quick, straightforward, and effective from start to finish. I haven’t had any negative experiences so far. As someone starting a new 401k plan, I also appreciate the tax benefits, though the experience would be even better with clearer explanations around how everything works. It is also very cost competitive which was one of the primary drivers that drove us to choose Human Interest. Lastly the user interface is simple allowing for quickly switching between individual user screens and employer screens. Furthermore, the simple udpates for tasks needing to be completed are incredibly easy to follow and complete.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

There was nothing bad. As a new 401k plan, there are tax benefits which can be somewhat confusing. Anything that can make that as clear as possible would be great.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Human Interest for our 401k plans, which are easy to set up with great support, making the process quick and effective. Before Human Interest we did not have. a 401k plan. Human Interest's cost structure was compelling, which gave us ample incentive to start the plan. Immediately after starting the plan, our employees increased their contributions, further enhancing the value proposition of the plan. It has been very well received.

 ### 5. Seamless Retirement Solutions for Small Businesses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I use Human Interest for providing 401K benefits to my small business. It's super easy to use, which is crucial for me as a small business owner because my time is valuable. I really appreciate that it connects seamlessly with Gusto, my payroll software, and there are no fees for this integration. The simplicity of the initial setup was impressive; I barely had to do anything, and my employees were able to register with ease. This integration takes the guesswork out of retirement benefits and makes everything seamless.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

They mentioned they were going to start charging for their services. I will be very disappointed if they start charging because I will cancel my account with them. When I signed up, the person I spoke with said for the foreseeable future it will be free with Gusto integration and I expect them to stand by that.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Human Interest for 401(k) for my small business. It allows my employees to have retirement benefits and is super easy to use. The integration with Gusto makes everything seamless for me, saving time and eliminating the guesswork out of retirement benefits.

 ### 6. Headache

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgan B. | Co-owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

It was great in the beginning and unfortunately their was an error made on their end that they owned up to their mistake however it cost my company over $1,000 extra, there was indeed out of pocket cost because funds were withdrawn automatically from our account. Thank you for your patience on this! You’ve got the right idea. During a recent review, we identified that some employee contributions weren't processed as they should have been. Because this was an error on our end, we’ve applied a Correction Credit to resolve it.
What this means for you:
No out-of-pocket cost: We’ve already moved the necessary funds into the affected employee accounts to make them whole. Since Human Interest covered the cost of this correction, there isn't a refund due to the company; instead, we used those funds to fix the discrepancy directly.

We handle the paperwork: When contributions are delayed, the IRS requires a specific filing called Form 5330. This is simply a report used to document the correction. Our team is taking care of the preparation for you.

Next steps: When the filing deadline approaches, we will send the completed form to you for a quick review and signature. You don’t need to take any action until then.

You can find a full breakdown of the specific amounts and employees affected in the Error Correction Reports section of your Document Library on the admin dashboard. We’ve also included summaries there that you can share with your team members if they have questions about their accounts.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I had a few minor hiccups during setup because I was both an owner and an employee, and they needed to merge my two accounts. It took a few weeks to get everything sorted out, but once it was resolved, it worked smoothly. After that, a few additional issues came up and were only resolved after multiple calls and emails with three different departments.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

401K plans are required by our state

 ### 7. Seamless Gusto Integration with Flexible, User-Friendly Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amod D. | Co-Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I absolutely appreciate the integration of Human Interest with Gusto, which makes managing employee benefits seamless and cost-effective for us. Setting up Human Interest was straightforward, thanks to the responsive support team and intuitive design. The overwhelming flexibility in choosing different retirement plans and configuring investment amounts stands out as highly beneficial. The simple and approachable interface distinguishes itself from typical financial software, providing a smoother user experience. Additionally, the discount due to our use of Gusto makes this service even more valuable.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I find it would be helpful if Human Interest offered more educational materials for employees unfamiliar with a 401(k) or its workings. As our team is relatively young and new to this, having those resources readily available could have been beneficial a few months ago.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest offers our employees retirement benefits, reducing tax burdens and boosting savings. Its integration with Gusto simplifies administration, making setup easy and efficient. The platform's design and flexible investment options enhance user experience, aiding talent attraction and retention.

 ### 8. Owner and Manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LAURIS C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I have been wanting to add the benefit of 401K for my staff, had originally been contacted by my bank on how to set it up but the process was confusing and complicated and I seem to fall thru the cracks, when I spoke with my payroll rep he recommended Human Interest and we were luckily able to stop one sign up to Human Interest. Each member of the Human Interest group seemed to care, took the time I needed to understand and proceed appropriately and then followed up. The actual installation and set up, sign up and installation went smoothly, no hassle, no complications. Each of my staff members feel comfortable as do I.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

Most helpful was their patience and ability to make it all understandable.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The set up and installation.

 ### 9. Human Interest Makes 401(k) Management Easy with Seamless Payroll Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Individual & Family Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

What I like best about Human Interest is how easy it makes offering and managing a 401(k) plan. The platform handles much of the administrative work, integrates with payroll systems, and provides employees with a simple, user friendly way to save for retirement. It allows businesses to offer a valuable benefit while reducing the time and effort typically required to manage a retirement plan.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

One aspect I dislike about Human Interest is that the investment options can be somewhat limited compared to larger 401(k) providers, which may restrict employees who want more control over their retirement investments.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest addresses a challenge many small and medium-sized businesses face when trying to offer retirement benefits. Traditionally, 401(k) plans can be expensive, time-consuming, and difficult to administer. Human Interest simplifies the process by automating payroll integration, compliance tasks, and employee enrollment. For us, this reduces the administrative burden, helps us stay compliant, and makes it easier to offer a valuable retirement benefit that supports employee recruitment, retention, and long-term financial wellness.

 ### 10. Make the Switch!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexa M. | Senior Director, Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

What I like best about Human Interest is how easy and user-friendly the entire platform is. Everything is straightforward. From managing contributions to accessing account information, which makes the experience really simple for both employees and administrators.

I also really appreciate that Human Interest partners with a third party to help facilitate rollovers. It takes the stress and confusion out of the process and ensures everything is handled smoothly and correctly. That level of support makes a big difference and is one of the reasons I think the service stands out.
I’m a current customer of Human Interest, and I'm writing this review in exchange for a $25 gift card incentive, which creates a material conflict of interest as it creates a financial incentive to write a favorable review.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I don’t really have any significant dislikes about Human Interest. My experience has been positive overall and the platform is easy to use, the support is helpful, and the rollover process is streamlined with the third-party partner.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest is solving the problem of how complicated and time-consuming retirement plans usually are for both employers and employees. They’ve created a platform that makes everything from signing up, to managing contributions, to handling rollovers much easier and more accessible.

For me, the biggest benefit is how streamlined the process is. I don’t have to deal with confusing paperwork or long wait times, and their third-party rollover support takes all the stress out of transferring funds. Overall, they’ve removed the usual headaches that come with retirement accounts and made it really straightforward to stay on top of everything.

 ### 11. Effortless 401K Setup with Human Interest

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William Z. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I really appreciate how easy Human Interest made it to set up our 401K account. They work directly with Paycor, our provider for HR services, which made the process seamless. Once they got things set up, I didn't have to deal with anything else, and that was very nice. My favorite part is that it's all managed by the employees themselves. They make their own selections, so I don't have to get involved with the details. I just receive the report and forward it to whoever needs to handle the payments and everything gets taken care of. Also, the setup process was very easy. I contacted the company online, and the rep got in touch with me to start everything. Human Interest was very good at waiting until everything was up and running smoothly, even with Paycor's integration taking some extra time.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I have nothing bad to say.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest made it easy to set up our 401K account, working directly with Paycor for HR services. The employee-driven process means I don't have to manage selections, just forward reports. Despite some Paycor integration delays, Human Interest ensured a smooth start.

 ### 12. Human Interest Makes 401(k) Administration Simple and Seamless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

What I like best about Human Interest is how easy it is to use and manage. The platform makes offering and administering a 401(k) plan straightforward, with an intuitive interface and a seamless experience for both employers and employees. It has allowed us to provide a valuable retirement benefit to our

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

We’ve had a very positive experience overall, so there isn’t much to dislike. If I had to point to one area for improvement, it would be having more advanced reporting and customization options for plan administrators. That said, the platform’s simplicity and ease of use are among its biggest strengths.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest solves the challenge of offering and managing a 401(k) plan without creating a significant administrative burden. The platform streamlines enrollment, payroll integration, and ongoing plan management, making it easy for us to provide a valuable retirement benefit to our employees. This has saved our team time, reduced complexity, and helped support our employees' long-term financial well-being.

 ### 13. Easy 401(k) Administration and Helpful Support, but Limited Investment Options

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren H. | Executive VP, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

The platform is very easy to use and the onboarding process was straightforward. Plan administration is simple and the interface is intuitive, which makes managing a company 401(k) much less cumbersome than expected. Customer service has also been consistently responsive and helpful whenever questions come up.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

The biggest downside is the investment lineup. The fund options are fairly limited and not especially compelling compared to other retirement platforms. In my case, the portfolio was heavily allocated toward a Russell 3000-based strategy, which felt like an unusual allocation even for an aggressive investment profile. Overall, the investment choices could benefit from better diversification and stronger fund options.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest simplifies the process of offering and administering a 401(k) plan for a small business. It makes setup, compliance, and ongoing plan management much easier than traditional providers, and the user-friendly platform helps both administrators and employees manage their retirement accounts without needing specialized knowledge.

**Official Response from Kathy Yoo-Naut:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're happy you enjoy the platform and appreciate your constructive feedback. A member of our Customer Advocacy team will contact you directly to learn more about your experience.

 ### 14. Simple Onboarding - Effortless Admin

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

Switching to Human interest was a truly simple process. We had a dedicated account manager who helped us to transition away from our previous service. This account manager was tremendously helpful in troubleshooting and finding solutions.

Now that we are all the way set up, I appreciate the simplicity of administration. Human Interest connects to Quickbooks for simple implementation - meaning that after the initial setup there is very little time required for ongoing maintenance. Any time I have had an issue or question, I have received prompt and useful support.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

Human Interest has been an outstanding platform and there is very little to dislike. If I had to highlight one possible issue, it would be that their support chat uses an AI bot and sometimes the bot can give repetitive answers (meaning it seems like it isn't picking up context from the previous messages in the chat thread).

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest is our 401k solution - it's fully automated and all online, but we are able to benefit from an in-person advisor.

It is simple to navigate and our staff loves that they are able to be as self-service as they would like to be.

In addition to being a better solution than our previous provider, it is less costly to administer.

 ### 15. Simply the best 401K Platform and Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny M. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

Even though Human Interest is one of the leaders in 401K services, to them you are not a number or dollar sign, you are a person or an employer that could use their help. Their customer service is fantastic and their ease to use and do things on their platform is the best, especially the performance and speed of it. Cost-wise, they are much better than our previous. Their integration and transfering of data from our previous carrier was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

There is nothing to dislike about Human Interest. They have been great every step of the way.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What they help us solved is getting out of a costly plan from our previous carrier and helping us and the team understand retirement plans and 401K.

 ### 16. Easy as 123

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I love the way that Human Interest makes things so simple. From set up to the administration of the account. As a business administrator there are always something on my never ending to do list. As a small nonprofit we can't offer many benefits to our employees, so when I got information from our payroll company Gusto about Human Interest I set up a meeting to speak with one of their representatives. All I had to do was profit them some information and they did the rest. When everything was set up, they called me and make sure that everything was going well. It has been a pleasure working with them.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

There is noting that come to mind right now.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They solve the problem of us being able to offer a benefit to our employees even though we are small.

 ### 17. Very smooth experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin C. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

Partnership and integration with Gusto makes onboarding and paying employee / company contributions a seamless action.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I don't like that after I sign in I'm required to do an identity verification with a code from my email AND on my phone. Triple verification is too much and is annoying.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had a SIMPLE IRA, held with Fidelity via a registered investment advisory. The amount of paperwork to get a new employee enrolled was astounding. With Human Interest, online enrollment couldn't be easier or quicker. And the fact that it is self-enrollment saves me time from having to manually enter data.

 ### 18. Rescued Me from Intimidation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimberly A. | Employee Experience Managear, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

It was so simple to start our 401(k) retirement plan with Human Interest! I was so worried thinking it would be a confusing and difficult process and I was feeling intimidated at the thought of starting a plan for our employees. I was so pleasantly and gratefully wrong!

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I cannot think of a downside. Everything interaction has been a positive one.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization is new and small, so we all wear many hats. I needed something we could afford and that wouldn't be complicated. I don't have time for complicated. Human Interest integrates with our payroll processor and makes management of our retirement plan very simple, painless, cost-effective, and pleasant.

 ### 19. Great Support, Superior Portal, and Seamless Paylocity Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Business Supplies and Equipment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

We recently changed to Human Interest and we have been very happy with the change. The response time has been great with any questions that I have and the online portal and access are far superior to what our prior company had. They integrate with our payroll provider (Paylocity) which made the process seemless for us once it was setup.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I have not found negative about Human Interest yet since starting with them. We had one hiccup in the initial onboarding process with a mixup in start dates that had to be fixed and some items reversed but they worked well with us to get that corrected.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest has given us better online access as an admin as well as for our employees. Our old provider did not integrate with our payroll provider so it was all manual and that is no longer the case now that it is fully integrated. In addition to better service and full integration we are also saving money with the change.

 ### 20. Human Interest user for two years

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt H. | CEO/Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

The interface is super easy to use and follow. You can find all the reports you need. Also as the administrator it's easy to toggle between my personal account and my overall admin account for my business.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I'm not happy with the performance of the funds we have access to in our HI 401k. They've underperformed compared to the market in general. I am also not a fan of the huge amount of fees I'm paying. Both HI and our third party advisor are taking large amounts out of my account each month. The fees for the plan are much cheaper than what I was paying to ADP to handle our 401k, but the individual fees are higher and it's giving me heartburn. Be sure to take a close look at your fees before you sign anything with this company. If you're not comfortable with them, push back until you're happy with where they're at.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The HI 401k is almost half the cost of what we were paying ADP. And the customer service is SO much better so far. At ADP no one cared or helped us. HI has been much more responsive.

**Official Response from Kathy Yoo-Naut:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share constructive feedback. We're glad to hear you're enjoying the interface and we appreciate your input on what we can improve. We are always looking to enhance our customer experience.

 ### 21. Human Interest Makes Offering a Compliant 401(k) Simple and Stress-Free

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad P. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

As a business owner, what I appreciate most about Human Interest is how simple they’ve made offering a professional, compliant 401(k) plan. The platform is easy to manage, integrates smoothly with payroll, and takes much of the administrative burden off our team. It allows us to provide a meaningful retirement benefit to our employees without adding complexity to our operations. The transparent pricing and responsive support also give me confidence that we’re doing right by our team while staying compliant and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

Overall the experience has been very good, but like any platform there are occasional learning curves when navigating plan details or making changes for the first time. Some processes can require support assistance to ensure everything is set up correctly. That said, their support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed guidance.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest solves the challenge of offering a compliant, professionally managed retirement plan without the heavy administrative burden that traditionally comes with 401(k) programs. As a small business owner, I don’t have the time or internal HR infrastructure to manage complex retirement plan requirements, testing, and filings. Their platform automates compliance, integrates with payroll, and keeps the plan running smoothly, which reduces risk and saves significant administrative time.

This allows us to offer a meaningful benefit that helps attract and retain quality employees while giving our team an easy way to save for retirement. It benefits our company by improving employee satisfaction and professionalism while allowing us to stay focused on running the business.

 ### 22. Amazing Support, Needs Better Loan Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren W. | Principal Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I like the dashboard; it's really nice. People usually answer pretty quick if I need something. The setup was actually amazing. I had Human Interest with a previous employer, and that's why I chose it for my own business.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I don't really like that I can't easily make an extra payment on our 401(k) loan. It was a little bit stressful, and not really easy to figure out how to do it. When I reached out, I was told it would be added at the end, but it would have been nice to know that beforehand. It wasn't really clear to me how I could pay or not pay an extra loan payment.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Human Interest for 401(k) management on both the employer and employee sides. The quick response helps when I need assistance, like when I couldn't make payroll and had questions about catching up on payments.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve had a positive experience working with Human Interest as our 401(k) provider. The platform is user-friendly and makes it easy for both administrators and employees to manage contributions, track performance, and stay informed about their retirement savings.

From an administrative perspective, onboarding and plan setup were straightforward, and ongoing management has been efficient. The integration with payroll systems has helped streamline processes and reduce manual work.

Their customer support team has been responsive and helpful when questions arise, and they provide clear guidance on compliance-related matters, which is especially valuable.

 ### 24. Effortless 401(k) Management with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie L. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I like the ease and use of Human Interest's systems and their outstanding customer service. The initial setup was amazing, and once I figured out the conflict between business owner and personal employee profiles, the rest was a piece of cake and super explanatory. The team was amazing and answered every question I had, even ones I didn't know I had.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

Having faster file feeds that flow into payroll quicker. Right now, it takes a little while once an employee makes a contribution update. It takes a while before it actually flows into our payroll system, Gusto. Which then causes additional problems because now I have to wait for those changes to come through or I have to call in and ask for them to push the file feed faster so that I can get payroll processed.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest allows me to offer an additional benefit to employees and myself, which helps attract a larger pool of candidates as my business grows.

 ### 25. Simplified 403(b) Setup with Payroll Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan C. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I like the integration with the payroll system because it means I don't have to do additional work with new employees that are hired. The initial setup was easy too, as you guys have API access to benefits or TriNet, which really simplifies things.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I would ideally like to have my employees be automatically set up in Roth instead of the standard retirement accounts. I believe people that are part-time should not be qualified or if they're working less than the five hundred hours, for a nonprofit, they shouldn't be included in those programs. I've seen that occur with some employees who are now it'd be mean for me to pull back that benefit on a part-timer, but they should never have been set up in the first place.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Human Interest for retirement benefits for my employees. The integration with the payroll system means I don't have to do additional work with new hires.

 ### 26. Effortless 401k Setup with Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra K. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I use Human Interest for our company's 401k plan, and they've made it easy to start a 401k program for our employees. I appreciated the simple onboarding process, and they have always been responsive with expert advice whenever we've had questions. They answered all our technical questions and provided hands-on help while setting things up for our employees, which was crucial since it was our first time setting up a 401k plan. Additionally, their connection to our Gusto account makes payroll and contributions seamless each month.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

Some documentation is complicated and hard to understand, this is likely a financial requirement for 401k plan documentation but they've helped explain as needed.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest made it easy to start a 401k program and provides simple onboarding with responsive expert advice. They connect directly with our Gusto account for seamless payroll and contributions. Some documentation is complicated, but they help explain as needed.

 ### 27. Seamless Interface, Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lily L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I like Human Interest's seamless and easy to use interface, which makes it straightforward to understand how to contribute. Compared to the previous service I used, which was convoluted and confusing, Human Interest is a breath of fresh air. I also appreciated the setup process; it was really easy as my payroll service connected me with them, and an actual person walked me through how to get the account set up, ensuring the asset transfer from my old 401(k) provider to the new one was pretty seamless. I never felt in over my head. Additionally, I've liked how intuitive the user interface is, and since I haven't had any issues so far, I've really liked the service.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

N/A

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest makes it easy to understand how to contribute with its seamless and easy-to-use interface, unlike my previous service which was convoluted and confusing.

 ### 28. Effortless Setup, Great Returns, but Costly for Small Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M. | Co-Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I like Human Interest because it's incredibly simple to set up and manage. As a busy business owner, I don't have the time for complex setups, and with Human Interest, I could do everything online without needing to talk to anyone. The integration with Gusto, our payroll provider, made the setup even easier. The fact that I can easily log in, check my portfolio's performance, and make adjustments quickly is great. I'm also really happy with the portfolio's current performance, seeing around 20% returns. I appreciate that I can choose between aggressive or conservative investment options, and Human Interest will automatically adjust my investments. Overall, it’s very easy to use, and you don’t need a lot of financial background to understand it.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

My biggest complaint with Human Interest is the price. We're a small company with only three employees currently enrolled in the plan. The fact that we have to pay a set base amount every month no matter the size of our company isn't ideal because it almost penalizes smaller companies with fewer employees as we're not able to spread that base monthly cost across the entire team. That's the only negative thing I have about Human Interest right now.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Human Interest for its simplicity in setting up and managing retirement accounts without needing financial expertise. It integrates with Gusto, making setup easy for my team, and allows me to manage my 401(k) investments effortlessly.

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

Human Interest was very easy to work with. As a small business setting up a new 401k plan, they walked me through every step of the implementation process. They integrate seamlessly with our payroll and check all the boxes when it comes to administration and compliance. The setup was quick and straightforward, and the price was great, too.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

Contributions into the 401k from payroll deductions takes a few days.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An easy-to-use 401k that stays compliant and makes it simple for my employees to contribute toward their retirement.

 ### 30. Effortless 401k Setup for Small Businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna l. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I really appreciate how Human Interest provides a super easy and intuitive way to create a 401k plan structure for our employees. The dashboard is easy to understand for both users and admins, which simplifies the process and takes away some of the headache for our small business. I can quickly glance at the dashboard to understand what's happening and how much our company is contributing each time. I also found the initial setup to be super easy, as we managed to do it in one cofounder meeting in under an hour.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

didn't really have anything that I disliked

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest provides a super easy and intuitive way to set up our small business 401k plan. The dashboard simplifies the process, making it easy to understand contributions and reducing the headache for our team so we can focus on other daily tasks.

 ### 31. Reliable Automation with Room for Improved Support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

The platform is highly user-friendly and intuitive. I appreciate its hands-off approach, particularly the automation of the 401(k) plan, which simplifies administration and improves overall efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I have been disappointed with the level of support provided after the initial 401(k) plan setup. As an employer, I have experienced delays of several days without receiving a response. When a response is eventually provided, it often involves scheduling additional time rather than addressing the issue directly. The support process does not feel particularly hands-on or proactive.

Currently, I am attempting to resolve what could be a significant misallocation of funds. Despite submitting all requested information promptly, it has been over a week without any meaningful update. This lack of timely communication and resolution has been frustrating.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest is currently implementing an integration between payroll and benefits to enable automated deposits. This enhancement is highly beneficial, as it eliminates the need to issue and mail manual checks while also improving processing speed.

**Official Response from Kathy Yoo-Naut:**

> I'm sorry that your issues have not been resolved promptly. We would love to speak about your situation in more detail but we are unable to identify you. For security purposes, please follow these steps: after logging in, click Support at the top of your dashboard and request for your case to be escalated in the chat.

 ### 32. Rippling Integration Made Our 401(k) Setup Super Easy and User-Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy D. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

Their integration with Rippling made our 401k program super easy and user friendly

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

The invitation email to my employees was a little misleading. Once you click the link, you are opted in to the 401k, even if you don't want to. You can set your contributions to 0%, but as an employer, we are still being charged for that seat. To opt out, it is listed in the email in smaller print and was very misleading as every employee went in and accepted and then set their contribution to 0. Human Interest did go in and deactivate those users, but it took some back and forth

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a 401k program to our employees

 ### 33. Streamlined Retirement Solutions for Small Businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Russell L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I like that Human Interest is really focused on the small business market, which aligns with my focus. It offers small businesses with under 100 employees a simple but straightforward and powerful retirement plan. This is necessary in California and I think it's a good idea for other areas too. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, and it coordinates well with the payroll system my client uses.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I think having an administrator apart frm the CEOOwner is important. Initally I was getting more information than I needed, better than not enough information.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest helps my clients meet new California regulations for retirement plans, sidestepping the inferior state option by setting them up with a well-managed 401(k).

 ### 34. Challenging Setup, Poor Support

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mercedes D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

Human Interest handles our company 401k for our employees, and it's finally working like intended. It operates routinely for every pay period, which means it's doing its job adequately.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I had a tough time getting signed up this year. It was not easy initially, though it's working fine now. The customer service could really use a big improvement. I tried to get clarity on an issue and escalate it, but it just sat there unresolved until we had to put an ACH block on our account. Something that could've taken 3 minutes took weeks with no solution. Having a direct phone number or email available on the portal would help, so you don't have to hunt for someone to help. The setup wasn't great either because it defaults you in and changing anything is such a hassle.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It handles our company 401k for employees. It's working fine now, though signing up was difficult.

 ### 35. Effortless 401k Management with Human Interest

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Skye H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I use Human Interest as a 401k provider and I really appreciate its modern technology and user-friendly interface. It's educational for employees who don't really have financial knowledge, breaking down contributions and different assets in a way that makes sense to those who aren't educated on 401k, Roth, or other ways to diversify portfolios. I also like the automation connected through Rippling, and the integration makes it easy to access. Reporting has been easy, and the initial setup of Human Interest was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

Customer service could be a bit better because even though you have a dedicated account person, you usually have to just email support and wait for someone to get back to you - not always your account manager.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Human Interest user-friendly with modern technology. It educates employees lacking finance knowledge and automates tasks, breaking down contributions and assets clearly, even for those unfamiliar with financial diversification.

Website is easy to understand and navigate for both employees and administrators. Fees were low, and the customer service is outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

We have had some minor problems with former employee rollovers being processed correctly, but Human Interest worked with us to remedy these situations. There are some small details about integration with our HRIS/Payroll program that I would change.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an HR Department of one, I needed a partner that takes the impetus from me in serving our staff. Easy to use instructions and availability of help staff make this easy, and most of our employees are participating.

I find Human Interest very easy to set up and utilize. As a CEO, it allowed me to rapidly build a retirement plan into our benefits package, which was important feedback from the prior year. Our company isn't large, so the help we received was essential. Both the human and software support during the setup process were incredibly helpful in making it easy to set up. The setup being very easy was one of the key positive features for me.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I think initially there's a little bit of confusion around the site process for the employees, but that was solved relatively quickly.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest lets me quickly build a retirement plan into our benefits package, which was vital feedback we needed to address. It's easy to set up and use, especially with great human and software support. Perfect for our small company's needs.

I like the support with Human Interest. I feel like anytime I have a question, I can always reach somebody. I also like that it's pretty straightforward. It doesn't have many bells and whistles, but because of that, it makes it fairly easy to use. Additionally, the initial setup was really easy.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I do feel like sometimes things feel a little incomplete. It feels like I'll be kinda directed to one place and then whatever I'm directed to doesn't exist there. It just feels a little bit unorganized at times, but other than that, it's great.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Human Interest to offer a 401(k) for myself and my employee at a feasible cost. It's straightforward and provides reliable support, making it easy to use.

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I like how easy Human Interest is to use and how it's fully integrated with QuickBooks. I love that it automatically calculates when I run payroll, so I just need to ensure I have enough funds for the employer match and payroll. Even when I had to update my payment methods after changing banks, I appreciate the safety mechanism that required me to do it separately from QuickBooks. I love how easy it is to access staff contribution rates and check balances, which really makes things simple for me. The initial setup of Human Interest was super easy. They even provided extensions when I got behind on payments, allowing me to contribute on terms that suited me.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

None, it has been a pretty smooth process

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest provides easy access to benefits, helping with retention. It automatically calculates payroll-related contributions and integrates with QuickBooks, minimizing administrative manual work. I love the ease of accessing staff contribution rates and balances as well! Staff are able to update their contribution rate throughout the year, so they don't feel locked into a specific rate.

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

Going through Human Interest has made the administration of our 401k much easier. They handled all the backend details so that it was super easy on my end.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

One thing that is annoying is that I have to verify eligible employees often and the system doesn't update which ones I've already verified. It's hard to manage unless you can remember which ones you've already done.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do feel confident that the administration of the 401k is being handled correctly. It was overwhelming to have that responsibility.

I really appreciated how seamless our transition was. Once I got them the necessary information, they took over from there and it was one less thing on my plate.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I haven't noticed anything at this point that I dislike about HI

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My problem was with my previous 401K admin. The communication was lacking and there was no transparency. they also never kept information up to date. It was just one issue after another. On HI, I have more transparency and support which go a long way in keeping my job manageable as someone who wears many hats. the platform is also more accessible for my employees.

 ### 42. Easy to use!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Via Gusto, I was offered 2 years of fee waivers so I figured I could try setting up a 401K for my company. Most of my employees opted in, as did I. I don't miss the small % deduction from my paycheck, but see it building nicely in my account! It was easy to set up and aside from reading the regular emails I don't even really have to check in on it, I just know it's doing its job in the background.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I don't like having to pay for eligible employees who opt out.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to offer a 401K plan to my employees, something they appreciate. Industry colleagues have also congratulated me on this step and for doing things "the right way".

**Reviewed by:** kristen s. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I use Human Interest to manage our practice's 401K, and it makes it very easy for employees to choose their contribution level and change the percentage when needed. The website is super easy to navigate, and I appreciate how we get emails after each payroll indicating that the contributions have gone through and letting us know how much our employer matched our contributions. It's great for me because I like to track all my payroll information through Quicken, so anything to make inputting this information easier is fantastic. Also, the initial setup of Human Interest was very easy, and since switching from ADP, we've been extremely happy.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I do wish that the employer match could be seen on our iSolved paycheck, so that we wouldn't have to navigate two websites to get all the information for Quicken.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Human Interest to simplify managing our 401K, making it easy for employees to adjust contributions and see company matches. Navigating the site is a breeze, and I love getting emails confirming contributions, which helps me keep track of payroll information with Quicken.

**Reviewed by:** Michael W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I use Human Interest for managing my 401K program at my company. I find it very customer friendly as it makes it easy to understand what's happening with my investments. They have also demonstrated an ability to produce a healthy return even in a turbulent market. I value receiving a good return on investment and appreciate that they make informed decisions behind the scenes based on my tolerance and risk levels. The initial setup was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I'd like to know if all of my employees are taking advantage of the program and getting quarterly reports emailed to me would be nice as opposed to having to login and check on things. It would be nice to have the ability to designate different accounts for different employees in terms of what the company portion is each month.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Human Interest for managing my 401K program, helping with active money management, seamless employee enrollment, and informed investment decisions based on risk tolerance.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

It is very easy to navigate. The site and features are simple and clear, which make complex things like benefits and payroll much easier to implement. The site is always smooth and performs with ease. Not only that, but the more automated (perhaps AI) support features make things more understandable. The communication is also very timely and offers supportive reminds to me as a small business owner. The cost and integration with QuickBooks was a big draw for me and I have continued to find both those things to be major positives of using Human Interest.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I have only been using HI for about 3-4 months. I have no dislikes at this time

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy, consistent, and understandable implementation of benefits.

 ### 47. Overall good but a few frustrations.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

Onboarding was fairly straightforward, utilization hasn't required a lot.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

The team introduction session didn't match the level of knowledge about 401k savings that my team had - meaning a more straightforward explanation of what it is, what it does, how it works as a starting point would have been helpful. The fees initially explained to me turned out not to be correct. It feels the requirements of me as the plan contact on the company end were not fully explained upfront.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can offer 401k plans to our staff with someone else managing the back end keeping things legal. As a small organization without a dedicated HR department, we have not previously felt we had the capacity to figure out how to set up and/or to administer a 401k offering.

**Official Response from Kathy Yoo-Naut:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share constructive feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the onboarding experience and we appreciate your input on what we can improve. We are always looking to enhance our customer experience.

 ### 48. Modern UI and Robust Support Enhance Our 401K Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I use Human Interest for my company's 401K program, and I find the modern UI to be my favorite feature. It allows me to navigate, view data and reports easily, helping me understand what my money is doing. The ability to add employees to the program and edit their features, like percentage contributions, without needing to make multiple calls to customer support or send numerous unresolved emails is a huge advantage. The robust support network and the ability to view different datasets on demand help shape our decisions effectively. The initial setup process was very easy; I just filled out a questionnaire, and it went live shortly after.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I didn't want to have to pay fees on it. The fees I pay mean that all of my interest earned isn't putting me personally ahead of the game for a long while.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest has a modern UI and robust support, allowing me to navigate, view data and reports easily. I can add employees and manage contributions without repeated calls and unresolved emails, which is a huge improvement over our previous provider.

 ### 49. Challenging Setup, Limited Support Response

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jen N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I find Human Interest easy to use for our employees. From an administrator's perspective, it's crucial that the tool is easy to set up, especially for younger employees or people who aren't financially well-versed. I appreciate that the platform is intuitive and easy to understand. I also like that users can log in to their dashboard and update their settings on their own without having to go through myself or an adviser.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

From an administrator perspective, everything has been pretty challenging. We received no individual setup assistance and struggled to launch our plan on our own. Additionally, we failed all of our compliance tests from things that our account manager or adviser should have flagged. Finally, all of our interactions with support have responded with AI-generated responses. So even though we're on a concierge level plan, I feel like we are not receiving any kind of individual level requests. It's been a frustrating experience to say the least.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Human Interest as a 401(k) platform for our employees. It's easy for them to use, and as an administrator, I appreciate its intuitive setup, especially for those not financially well-versed. Employees can update settings independently through their dashboard.

**Official Response from Kathy Yoo-Naut:**

> I'm sorry that your issues have not been resolved promptly, Jen. We know your experience is important, so we've escalated your case to ensure these problems are addressed as soon as possible. Our goal is to provide effective help, and a member of our Customer Advocacy team will be following up with you to make sure we get this right. Thank you for your feedback.

 ### 50. Effortless 401k Management for Small Practices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rita D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Human Interest?**

I like that Human Interest allows me to work with a company that's easy to use for the 401(k) plan I provide for my employees. When I enrolled about a year ago, I found it fairly easy to do so. There weren't many technical documents complicating the situation, and I was able to enroll quickly. This ensured that my employees were able to receive 401(k) support for future retirement planning. The initial setup was really easy, it provided the best package or deal for the purpose that I needed it for, and I was able to get it done within a day, or even less.

**What do you dislike about Human Interest?**

I haven't come across a dislike.

**What problems is Human Interest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human Interest makes it easy to manage the 401(k) I provide for my employees, ensuring smooth enrollment and support for their retirement planning.
