One downside to the HUMAN bot defender is the lack of visibility behind the underlying decision engine when a block is made. This is a known area for improvement as we've discussed it with the HUMAN support team. Increasing visibility behind all the different factors that are used to either block/permit traffic will help highly technical teams become more empowered with their traffic patterns. - They are continuing to modernize their detections & how users "solve" a block. The "Press & Hold" button is much better than captcha!
