It integrates easily with our systems and makes it so we don't have to spend time dynamically responding to bot waves or other malicious traffic. The dashboard is slow and sometimes inconsistent (e.g. some components load different data than what I'm searching for), and sometimes it's tricky to configure custom or out-of-band things on our own. It's also difficult to get context about various pieces of information (e.g. what specific signal meant something got blocked, how many people are reporting false positives etc) that could help us evaluate our configuration. As with any product of this nature, there have been a few cases where assistance from the HUMAN team was required to help identify why some unintentional blocks were occurring. The pre-sales and onboarding team were really helpful in setting up the platform with the specific use cases in mind. While we initially looked at this solution as a bot protection solution to solve a consistent fare scraping issue, it quickly became a core security tool in preventing cyber attacks focusing on our website originating from bots.
