the console and dashboards are designed in a very friendly way, the information is clear, well illustrated and easy accessible for further troubleshooting during investigations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not think there is anything to dislike really, the tool as many other tools is in constant evolution, Human team is always keen to take advice onboard and incorporate it to new releases and iterations of the console Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Allows us to get detailed reporting for any of our DSP partners or advertisers and provide clear insights into the fraud detection efforts we are implementing.
This keeps our supply chain clean and allows us to dispute any issues we encounter Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mostly just the gaps between fraudsensor and mediaguard that stem from where they do their scanning. I frequently go into the UI and build a report without remembering to switch products and it just makes me duplicate efforts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy the hands off side of PX and when our team are dealing with the support team the feedback is always positive. Little interaction required with the console/UI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Implementation was somewhat time consuming . Knowledge articles could be better as at times I have found the console difficult to navigate.

The ability to see not only IVT broken by individual publishers, channels, domains, bundles, etc. The granularity capability of the reporting and the clarification on flagged reasons. The client service team behind the product is fantastic to work with and take any notes I may have and turn them into product features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any significant complaints; I would like to understand more about the guidlines or process behind determining what is considered invalid traffic and industry norms. Like why does every traffic validation service report differently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a very easy-to-use tool in terms of understanding the report and allowing us to white list or block IP range or region as needed. On top of the Bot Defender, the team assisting with any open issues or questions is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall a great product. One issue that I have faced recently is that the default was the "Mobile Dashboard" and it was not clear to see how to change back to the general dashboard. I would prefer a way to switch different dashboards without going into a submenu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Human Challenge option, the ease with which it can identify bots based on characteristics, the aggressive weighted detection on critical paths, ease of prevention based on varied characteristics during IR and centralized deployment/maintenance at the CDN Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Investigation using the solution, especially the forensics section in the GUI can improve for the better by giving additional necessary details to make the right call.
Visibility into cases and no case management tool for the user to create cases other than chat integration which does not scale well when you want to integrate with your alerting platform for Px to take action on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It doesn't require complex integration on the client sides. Its work is almost transparent and decisions are rather accurate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- there is no immediate feedback if something goes wrong. Something like automatic spike detection and comparing statistics with previous period
- worker issues which we experienced recently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a lot of synthetic traffic on the retail store website. PerimeterX (rebranded to Human recently) is dealing with it quite well.
- The set of features is reach: from volumetic load prevention up to account takeover detection.
- Deep integration with CDN, which allows to minimize the delay of request processing.
- Prompt and reliable support, simple issues are addressed instantly, more complex ones are investigated forwarded to dev team is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some types of traffic may leak undetected proactively, but after reaching out to support the rule is added in reactive mode.
It may take a while to get changes made via protal applied, but stll this is tolerale.
After rebranding I can not find the Porlal login link on the website, good for me that i have it in my bookmarks ;) , let's assume this is a transition issue that will get solved shorlty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Bot Defender can be implemented at any layer in the stack. I have had a chance to work on CDN, Nginx and JS enforcers, and all three were extremely easy to implement. Human Bot Defender provides token-based traffic filtering, which helps filter good bot traffic, and our SEO teams can do easy crawling. The UI is very user-friendly, allows domain-wise filtering and gives easy access to essential data for captchas and bot metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Expensive model and sometimes support is a little slow to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great support team, easy to use dashboard with self serve options, many ways of intergrating with different tech stacks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hard to keep track of different product offerings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
